Our lakefront home "Ole Charleston" sits in a quiet cove with year-round water and a private boat dock. Convenient location just 1 mile off Maynardville Highway down Hickory Valley Road. Beach Island Marina is only a couple miles away to launch your boat. They offer boat and jet ski rentals and Boathouse 33 (Bubba Brews) Restaurant which features live bands and corn hole. We are only 6 miles to Food City and Dollar General in Maynardville and 30 minutes to downtown Knoxville

Enjoy your private 2.4 acres on a secluded cove (seasonal water*) with a 10 ft by 20 ft dock/swim platform. With the cove being so quiet it is great for swimming, using the peddle boat or the two kayaks provided with the home. We are neighbors with Beach Island Marina & Bubba Brews! The home comes with a private dock & 1 boat is allowed. There is a gradual grade to get down to the water with several steps. No more than 5 cars allowed due to limited parking and the steep driveway.
