Beachfront holiday rental in United Arab Emirates

It was a lovely peaceful staycation. Atmosphere was relaxing. Only due to weekend the traffic sound was little unpleasant but by the end of the days security blocked the road for unauthorized access, which made it little more calmer. The host was really nice and responsive

Great place with a great view and a huge balcony and especially the towels presentation was great as well as the place was very clean and smelled good ! I will definitely stay again next time im in the city and the host was very responsive and check in was very easy !

Our stay at Vadim's apartment was wonderful. We particularly valued the comfortable seating options and the meticulous attention to detail throughout. The apartment was impeccably clean, and the generous supply of towels was a welcome, often overlooked, convenience. We would certainly welcome the opportunity to stay again.

A perfect stay in a prime location on Palm Jumeirah. Th8 Apartments is part of the Th8 Hotel building and consists of private apartments with underground parking and concierge service. Residents and guests can use all the hotel facilities (two swimming pools + children's pool, restaurant, café, gym). Our one-month stay left us with wonderful memories. The apartment consists of two bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with two single beds), two bathrooms, a living room with a kitchen island, a maid's room with a third separate bathroom, a separate toilet and a balcony. The balcony faces west so you can enjoy the setting sun every day. There is a smart TV and a router with a fast and stable Wi-Fi connection. The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner gas hob, Nespresso machine, milk frother, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. We highly recommend this place.

We have stayed in this building a few times before. In general The location is great with all the amenities you can expect such as parking, gym and pool with direct access to the beach. The apartment was well equipped with everything you could need for your stay. The balcony was comfortable with seating for 5-6 people and although it was only on the fourth floor it had great views across JBR to the left and the harbour and palm Jumeira to the right. Would recommend this.

This has been our second stay with Ina and once again we were delighted. The location of the apartment is excellent. It is equipped with all necessary appliances. The beach, a controversy marker as well as the West Beach are only minutes away. We will be back soon.

I really enjoyed my stay — the apartment was cosy and stylish, with a great view, beach access, a rooftop pool, and a gym. There are plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby, plus a shopping mall and the monorail station just a 5-minute walk away. I highly recommend it.

We had a fabulous stay at Polina apartment, it was home from home arriving very late at night, it would have been nice to have a welcome pack eg bottles of water milk. Thankfully we could get the essentials from 24 hour shop in communal area. I did not use cooker much, but when I did I could not get over head fan to work this made water come through ceiling fan in hallway . But overall fab stay and we would return thank you Louise Pete, Bev and Mya

I looked and read every review under the sun before settling on a place for our Dubai trip with 3 kids. Look no further, this place is incredible. The views are worth every penny and the location is unbeatable. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures and the team was very responsive. The building is beautiful and has great security. Our kids loved waking up and strolling down to the beach followed by the pool right after. Highly recommend if you are looking for a place to stay in Dubai!

everything was perfect, we had a dream holiday, the house was clean with my wife and baby, frank and his team always responded quickly to our problems, only an additional long thin carpet is needed in the corridor, everything else in the house was perfect and clean, all the technology tools in the house were of good quality

Fahad's place was great.. The room was very big with lots of space to spread out all my stuff! 😂 The view of the beach was beautiful 😁 parking right outside the gate was so convenient. Communication was excellent, very prompt! I was a solo traveler and Mujahid (on-site) made sure I had someone to help me in & out with my heavy luggage, I only wish the elevator would have been working 😏 Although I had a very short stay on my way home from Dubai.. I would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended! Very nice place with wonderful people who operate it! 🙏🏼

I stayed in Dubai for 6 days and shifted between different apartments every 2 days — but not a single one felt like this. The moment I entered here, it felt like I belonged. It wasn’t just an apartment, it was truly a home. The host was more than helpful — genuinely caring, warm, and attentive, like how a mother makes sure everything is just right. Every little detail was thought of. I never once felt like a guest — I felt like family. I make a commitment today: this will be my permanent home every time I visit Dubai. Whether I come with friends or family, I’m not booking anywhere else. This is it. The host was friendly, responsive, and provided all the little touches that made the stay special fresh towels, toiletries, and even a few snacks and drinks in the fridge. The Wi-Fi was fast, the bed was super cozy, and the location was perfect close to shops, restaurants, and public transport, but still peaceful and quiet at night.
