Cozy apartment remodeled in the colonial quarter of Quito, located on the third floor, a loft with a spectacular panoramic view of the Historic Center. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, and a kitchen equipped with filtered water and essential implements to meet our guests' needs. Imagine you are in the center of one of the most beautiful colonial centers in Latin America, you see one of the few buildings from the 70s that are in the area, to which time has made its own. When you enter, you could be in an old building in NY or Moscow, you go up the stairs and you still don't know what you are doing there, you go down a small corridor and you come across a pure metal door, now you think you are going to a recording studio or an airplane workshop.
