The high-end finishes and design details will make you feel like you are in a luxurious five-star hotel. For your convenience, an umbrella is available in the flat in case of rain during your stay. If you are traveling with a baby and need a crib and high chair for your stay, you can request them in advance. The possibility of parking a vehicle is included in a private car park located next to the apartment. This is an apartment equipped with the necessary basic kitchenware. The access to the apartment is free of architectural barriers (without steps) and is made directly from the street. It is distributed in an entrance hall, living room with kitchenette, bedroom in which is the double bed (1.40x2.00) with bedding and full bathroom with shower. It is fully equipped, with the main kitchen amenities with dishwasher, fridge, Italian coffee machine, air conditioner, iron, bathroom equipped with towels, dryer and gel, as well as TV and Wifi (fiber 600 mb) whose operation is detailed once the reservation is made. It does not have carbon monoxide alarm as it is not necessary, as the heating and kitchen services are electric. There is the possibility of providing the apartment with a high chair or travel cot if the guest needs it, but it is essential that they notify it by Airbnb message once the reservation is made. A door key set is provided inside the box at the entrance to the apartment. In case of loss, a surcharge of €35 will be charged to make a replacement copy.
