The possibility of parking a vehicle is included in a private car park located next to the apartment. This is an apartment equipped with the necessary basic kitchenware. The access to the apartment is free of architectural barriers (without steps) and is made directly from the street. Upon arrival, an access code will be provided that will allow you to open the entrance door. It is distributed in an entrance hall, living room with kitchenette, bedroom in which is the double bed (1.40x2.00) with bedding and full bathroom with shower. It is fully equipped, with the main kitchen amenities with dishwasher, fridge, Italian coffee machine, air conditioner, iron, bathroom equipped with towels, dryer and gel, as well as TV and Wifi (fiber 600 mb) whose operation is detailed once the reservation is made. It does not have carbon monoxide alarm as it is not necessary, as the heating and kitchen services are electric.
