What a wonderful house in a fantastic location. The house was very homely and restful and was more than adequate for our eight family members. Penny and Andy were always very responsive to any queries we had. This made our stay very easy and enjoyable. We hope to return in the future.

Priska and Rudy are really nice. we enjoyed our 5 night stay. we enjoyed the pool as well as the weather was nice. we would stay again if we are ever in Vancouver area again.

'Hollywood North' is a bit of a misnomer - the home is much more classic, warm and comfortable, with owners who provide timely and helpful communication and assistance. 'West Coast Charm and Grace' might be more descriptive. The cost of the accommodation, though not unsubstantial, was well worth it. We were a group of 9 adults from 2 branches of one family who meet every Thanksgiving to reconnect. The bedrooms, the bathrooms, the 2 living areas, the dining room, the outdoor terrace, the swimming pool and hot tub, the gardens, and the very impressive kitchen all served to make the holiday one we will cherish. Everything you need to make the house your home was supplied - inspired us to stay in and cook as a family a vegetarian Thanksgiving dinner! In short, a beautiful home and great hosts in a lovely setting. Could not ask for more.

This was an excellent stay for my fiance and I. Kim's house was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a long-term stay. The kitchen was very well stocked, with a brand new dishwasher and oven. The bedrooms were very cozy, with extremely comfortable mattresses and sheets. The bathroom was also very clean, with lots of storage space for toiletries and things. The neighborhood was something special, too. its a gated community with a very peaceful feel to it. Several walkable parks, one of which we went to nearly every day we were there to watch the sunset over the bay. The people here are friendly and welcoming. Finally, the property manager, Shirley, was a real gem. She was so thoughtful, responsive, and genuinely kind to us during our stay. She works hard to make sure the yard is kept up with, issues are resolved, and overall cares for the comfort of the guests. This is a 5 star Abnb that I wish I could have stayed at for longer. Dont hesitate to book!

We were a family of 7 that stayed in Vancouver before a cruise. We enjoyed our time at Rich’s place; especially sitting on the deck with the fantastic fire pit- Great memories were made! Comfortable beds and clean bathrooms- would recommend to anyone that wants to stay out of the busy downtown Vancouver area. Great coffee shops nearby and parking was easy! Thanks Rich for sharing your home with us!

We already miss this place! We loved waking up early in the morning to the view outside the bedroom, a feast for the eyes. Nature and tranquility surrounds this home. One could easily spend their days sitting on one of three decks taking it all in. Having the kayaks and paddle boards at our disposal allowed us to be a part of the activities on the water. And a soak in the hot tub was a much appreciated bonus! This is truly a home for an active lifestyle. With the climb up the nearly 70 steps to the street to the multiple daily walks to the business district in Deep Cove, you won't have to worry about making sure you get your exercise in. Thank you, John and Maria, for sharing your lovely home with us. It was a very special place for us to celebrate a milestone anniversary. We felt very spoiled by everything it offers and will definitely return again.

Pictures couldn't possibly capture how well appointed and perfectly situated this place is- 5 stars!!! You can sit with a coffee on the beautiful deck listening to the birds and watching the boats pass up and down Howe Sound while snow capped coastal mountains frame the posrcard backdrop, amazing! The suite has everything you need and is well laid out with impressive attention to the details: Comfy bed, proper linens, fluffy towels, premium soaps etc. We walked down to the village and it's a 30 minute peacefull walk down the road. Highly reccomened!

I came for a workshop at UBC and found this place to be super convenient for getting to campus, as well as the proximity to shops and food along both 41st and Dunbar. It's on a quiet side street just a few minutes' walk to both shops and bus stops. While there's no getting around the darkness of a Vancouver basement suite (a housing typology that every visitor to Vancouver should experience at least once!), Ella does a great job of making this one feel warm and welcoming -- with good interior lighting, in-floor heating, and clean, contemporary appliances and finishings. The space was perfect for my needs, and I would be happy to come back!

John’s place isn’t cheap, when you compare it to the usual basement Airbnb‘s in the area, but it is worth every penny. You get the whole house to yourself, including a beautiful back porch with comfortable seating and a fire pit, and the whole place is roomy and beautiful and well appointed inside and out. I really can’t think of a single thing that we didn’t love. Even the TV worked well and included a number of streaming services. The bathroom is fantastic, the beds are comfy, and the kitchen is well stocked and wonderful. The espresso maker had plenty of pods, and just too many other details to mention here. The more affordable basement apartments we stayed in in the past usually had uncomfortable furniture and beds, tiny bathrooms, and a damp feeling. This gorgeous house is completely the opposite. And I really don’t think it’s expensive for what you get.

Such a great place to stay when visiting Vancouver. The neighbourhood is so beautiful and it's a lovely walk to kits/ Jericho beach. The house was immaculate and can't recommend more!

A lovely place to stay. Accommodation was clean and comfortable with everything you could need. Loved the pretty patio area and the bed was super comfy! Very convenient for bus into Vancouver downtown and the sky train. Mia was the perfect host. Thank you. Highly recommended.

When you walk into this apartment you are greeted with the most stunning view. Just incredible! The apartment is modern but cozy, and equipped with everything we needed for a restful, enjoyable break. My daughter slept on the comfortable sofa bed, and loved waking to the view. It is only a short drive to shops and restaurants. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thanks Sarah.

The location was great as points of interest were relatively in walking distance. Plenty of parking in the surrounding areas. Keyless access was nice as it’s one less thing to worry about on our trip. The place was very clean when we arrived and had a lot of amenities such as a washer and dryer, a full kitchen with all your pots, pans and utensils. Overall, my first Airbnb experience at this location and with Ty was an A+. Would highly recommend.

Excellent location and very nice place with lots of natural light

My cousin and I had a lovely visit at Linling’s place. The view is as promised and we found it a bit mesmerizing day or night to watch the boats on the bay—either sitting outside or from the apartment. The beds were very comfortable. I don’t normally rent basement apartments on AirbNb but I have no regrets about taking a chance on this one. We had complete privacy, lots of light (the entire wall facing the water is windows), and barely heard muffled footsteps more than once or twice. The location is super convenient to Horseshoe Bay, Lighthouse Park, and the neighborhoods in West Vancouver with great food options. Parking is easy. I even walked down to the Bay a couple of mornings (I don’t mind hills). I highly recommend. The owner is very responsive and a great communicator.

Very spacious ~an excellent place~ we had a fabulous stay~ really comfortable & felt like home~Loved the theatre's room!! Definitely in a good location for us, near UBC & Downtown & Beaches!!! Would highly recommend the Airbnb for any family! Merci beaucoup, thank you very much☺️❤️🇨🇦

This was a aboslutley beautiful space! The view is breathtaking and the high windows, wood beams and balaconies make the whole thing quite dreamy. There is also a amazing bathtub on the lower floor that overlooks the ocean which was my happy place. They keep the space very clean and well stocked with the key things you may need to make your stay comfortable (shower ammenities, basic kitchen supplies, great towels). I went with my kid, parents, sister and her baby and were quite comfortable with the three bedrooms and large living room/ kitchen. The fireplace made for a cozy atmosphere in the evenings as you watch the sunset and birds flying overhead. It is also convenientily located 5 minutes from the ferry terminal. The only challenging thing for us was that the home is situated immediately against the street and there is no sidewalk to walk with kids/ to the beach etc. There is also no real backyard for kids to run and play in.

Keke is a wonderful host, and the place is very great. Check-in was a breeze. We were able to leave our things because we arrived early, but she let us know when it was ready for check-in. She had some welcome snacks out for us when we arrived. The place had everything we need. It might just get a little warm in summer. Still there is a fan provided… Also the sofabed was actually good and comfortable to sleep in. Parking is available, except if it’s school pick-up time, street could get full! Location-wise, there are lots of restaurants, cafés and stores within a 20-min walk. The neighborhood itself is pretty peaceful. By bus, it might be a bit of a travel to downtown, not sure, we usually take Uber or Lyft. Very accessible to UBC via R4. Keke is very responsive and helpful. I recommend staying at her place.

Overall, I had great experience at Randy’s place. Had a lil hiccup with checkin bit Randy was responsive to help me with the checkin.
