Holiday rentals with a pool in University

Perfect for our extended family. So much to do at the house, pool, hot tub, darts, pool table etc! The location was 15 min from Busch Gardens and an hour from Weeki Wachee, which was great for us! The house is spacious with everything you need.

Like some say, don't judge a book by its cover. The neighborhood is a little outdated, but very peaceful and quiet. Vanessa was a great host! Very responsive and she had clear instructions on her listing. The ambiance, cleanliness, peacefulness of her listing was spot on. Master king bed was so comfy; might be more comfy than my own bed! I appreciated Vanessa for leaving laundry detergent for my family and I to do laundry during our stay. And also for leaving a new sponge and dish soap in the kitchen. I would like to mention that the security at the pool does check your ID, so don't forget your ID when utilizing the neighborhood pool. Overall, my family and I were very satisfied with our stay. Highly recommend :-)

Great spot for a nice long weekend stay! Very close to USF and Busch gardens. Great pool, beautiful kitchen and the cigar box decor was so cool and leans into the ybor cigar city vibe! Easy check in, lovely outdoor area, and a fun game room!

Staying with Jose & Sara was an amazing experience! (Again!) We have stayed at their home previously, and we really enjoyed ourselves. When looking for a home to rent for vacation this time, we were excited to see Jose & Sara’s house! We jumped at the opportunity to rent this perfectly sized home again. Jose & Sara do such a great job of making you feel at home. There were towels folded on the beds and so many extra beach towels for the pool! There was even a little snack tray for us when we arrived. The directions to enter the home were easy to follow. We had one super tiny issue with the coffee pot, & Jose handled it quickly & efficiently. The pool is such a highlight of a perfect home! Perfect size to float around & enjoy the sun. The hot tub felt amazing after a 17 hour drive. You literally feel like you entered paradise, right outside the back door. There is a nice shady area with a fan as well. If i could give 100 stars I would. This place is such a vibe. the house is absolutely stunning and they take care of you like you are family. There was coffee in the pantry, they have shampoo, conditioner and body wash if you want to use. The beds are very comfortable and the place is so clean. The outside was great for the kids. The house is located in a really good place close to everything. We felt like we were in our own home. Thank you so much for providing such a great experience for us.

The home was very clean and comfy and the pool was fantastic after a long day at Busch Gardens. Only 10 minutes from the park and 20 from Raymond James Stadium. Janetta was very flexible with our check-in time which helped make our arrival stress-free. The check-out time is later than most which gave us time to rest before the long drive home.

This was an excellent stay for me and my family. The house has been completely remodeled on the inside, it’s extremely nice. There’s a pool and you can fish off the back of the property into the lake, so if you love fishing, it’s a great spot for you. The hosts were incredible and communicated very well at all times. I have nothing bad to say about our experience with this host or their home. Two thumbs up

We had a really great stay here! The place smelled nice & fresh, had beautiful views, & the bed was pretty comfy! Chris was extremely responsive & communicative. The security guard was nice & the place is very easy to find, with tons of parking. We enjoyed every minute!

Marta is a pro host, she is attentive and quick to address any issues. Things happen and how those things are handled is what makes the difference between an ok experience and a great experience. I would absolutely stay at Marta's place again. Her place is equipped with all that you need to be comfortable and to feel right at home. The place is an excellent value!

This place was perfect! We found that whatever we needed or forgot was provided in the condo. The beds were comfy, lots of pillows, and loved sitting with our coffees (lots of varieties) on the balcony. Definitely be returning.

We really enjoyed relaxing by the pool and having the Big Bamboo bar / restaurant on the premises made it so convenient. The bed was comfortable and shower pressure good. We also appreciated the coffee bar.

The condo/apartment was nice. It was clean. It match the description. The other residents were friendly. It was not very noisy from local traffic. Mark was very responsive. We didn't need the local lady for anything.

Alexandra was easy to communicate with, especially since I had made a change to the reservation. My daughter lives in the complex, and when there is overflow family visiting Tampa, I will definitely book this place again.

Rosana was an excellent host- very responsive, kind, and accommodating. Fun location on the bay with a great view, pool with towel service, and bar/grill with great burgers. Fire pit on the little beach at night with great view of sunset. The unit is in a quiet location within the complex with a view of the beach and bay. The trade-off is that the unit is a bit far from the elevator (though close to stairs). Great experience overall.
