Beautiful street. Easy parking and close to restaurants I was worried given it’s an older house that I would hear a lot of noise from the upper unit but I did not. It was spacious and the bed was comfortable. My plans had changed and I was appreciative that they were willing to adjust. I will book the next time I’m in East Dallas

We loved everything about our stay! Leah was very welcoming and attentive to us. We were able to travel with our fur babies and that’s what we loved even more. Definitely recommend staying with Leah if you’re in town. I know that I’ll definitely be going back!

Our family had a wonderful stay. We live locally, and needed a place to live while our home was finishing being built. With the location walking distance to the pool, kids park, lake, and yes, the Tom Thumb grocery store. All this made our choice very easy. Not to mention we had everything needed, full size laundry, full kitchen, and large tv for the kids when not in school to enjoy. Great air-conditioning and a quiet neighborhood too. Thanks for hosting us we enjoyed our one month stay!

I chose this home because of the reviews and pictures, and this home exceeded my expectations. Brian's home was spotless and exactly as pictured! My family and I had a wonderful stay and felt right at home! The home was cozy, spacious, comfortable, and had EVERYTHING we needed and more! We especially LOVED the open-concept layout. Instructions were clear and easy to follow which made everything smooth. This home is so close to restaurants and the mall, which was a bonus. Whenever I'm in Dallas, I would absolutely stay here again! Thanks again Brian!

My 2 daughters planned my 60th birthday celebration and your house brought the perfect vibe!! It looks exactly like pictures and the location was perfect for the activities that were planned. We definitely will use this house again to make more family memories.

My friends and I had such a wonderful time staying here. The space was so nicely decorated and made for the perfect spot for a girls trip. The host checked in on us multiple times to make sure we were enjoying our stay. The house was super clean and they made the checkout process so easy! Brooke's place was the perfect place to stay for 10 days while I was visiting North Dallas. It looked just like the pictures and was exactly as described. Brooke provided clear and easy instructions on how to access the home, and she was communicative and easy to reach. Everything was well stocked, and I didn't need to buy anything for the home during my stay. The complex is private and peaceful. It was a great place to stay, and Brooke is an excellent host. I plan to stay again the next time I'm in town.

Christina’s place was so comfortable and welcoming! Everywhere we needed to be was within a short drive. The neighborhood was quiet and clean! Christina was a wonderful host and we plan on staying here again should we need a place to stay in Dallas that is clean and affordable!

This place was just as described and pictured. The hosts provided a generous supply of towels, paper products and even detergent for the full-size washer and dryer! Although it’s an older complex and close to commercial shopping plazas and noise, it was relatively quiet at night, comfortable, and nicely furnished with 2 larger televisions.

Place was very quiet and convenient. Kane was a great host, very communicative.

I was a bit wary of getting an Airbnb as I normally stay at a hotel for this type of trip, but I wanted something more comfortable, convenient, and private this time around. I came across this place and it had everything I was looking for, with an extra bonus of an arcade cabinet (so fun). My stay at this place was great, it was exactly as described and very comfortable to stay. The owner Charles was very communicative, and responded right away. The instructions were very clear and organized threw out my stay. The check-in and check-out process was super easy as well. The place itself was very clean and looked just like it was on the listing. The beds were pretty comfortable, I would say on par with a nice hotel. Plenty of towels and linens if needed, as well as some starter supplies for the stay like soaps, cotton swabs, laundry detergent, and even a few snacks in the kitchen. Overall, the place was great and at a great price. I definitely would stay here again on my next trip.
