It has all the amenities, an en-suite bedroom, 3 bedrooms, bathroom, living room, kitchen, service bathroom and a beautiful gallery. It has an incredible pool, with a dreamy view of the mountain. A place full of peace and quiet to enjoy. Ten-person capacity. The house has a descent to the stream. You won't regret it!!! Ask me.

En lo alto de Rio Ceballos contamos con 2 Lofts, con hermosas vistas y rodeado de naturaleza. A solo 700 m del centro y 8 min del dique. Ideal para descansar, trabajar o desconectar. Vista a las sierras, pileta, wifi, hogar a leña, cocina equipada y asador son algunas de las virtudes de nuestros lofts. Un refugio para respirar distinto y sentirse lejos de todo a pesar de tener todo a mano.

Country house very close to the village

House located in a field of 20 hectares of mountains and hills but very close to the village. It has a swimming pool, fruit grove and horses. It is rustic in style, with large windows. It is next to the village cemetery for those who are superstitious. Notice: the pool receives weekly maintenance but since it is a rural area, it can accumulate remains of leaves at the bottom

Designer house

Relax in this designer house surrounded by nature, very close to everything you might need. It is fully equipped for short and long stays, 2 km from the center of Mendiolaza, 3 km from the center of Villa Allende and 26 km (40 min. by vehicle) from the center of Córdoba. Access to the house has a paved ramp, somewhat narrow to climb, but that any vehicle can easily do.
