2-family house at the NORTH POLE of the world

one of the oldest half-timbered houses in the village, built by the Leineweber in the 18th century, along a stream that winds through the tranquil Niederorschel in Eichsfeld - now converted into a rustic vacation home with two separate living studios. The clay half-timbered house is located extraordinarily in the hilly landscape in the Vorharz between Osterode and Göttingen. Very quiet on a large property. Heating with wood (house & sauna). Floor-to-ceiling windows - living in nature. Working is also possible ;-) Otherwise, hiking, cycling, sauna, hanging out... Parking space for motorhomes (up to 8 meters) available. Small stream, large attic floor. A mixture of old and modern. No immediate neighbors.
