Within a 15-minute walk, you can reach the old town, restaurants, shopping, public transport (train/PostBus/boat) and lake promenade.

Settle in at Eden Cottage! Relax with a book in front of the flickering fireplace. The house is newly renovated, stylishly furnished with high end finishes. Visit the famous Christmas market in the medieval town as well as various restaurants or discover the beautiful region around the Rhine and Lake Constance. The kitchen is perfectly equipped. Our "Seeherzchen" (23 sqm) is small and cozy, just 200 m from the swimming area on the lake. With a beautiful view of the Schlosspark, you can enjoy quiet island days here. An indoor pool, sauna & table tennis are also available. Maybe see you soon? The swimming pool is open daily from 6 am to 10 pm, except in the two weeks after the autumn holidays in Baden-Württemberg (usually the first 2 weeks of November), it is serviced and closed. The sauna is open all year round from 6 am to 10 pm.

4.5 room apartment (115 m²) with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and guest toilet, a 10-minute walk from Lake Constance. The apartment is located directly on the bike path from Lake Constance and approx. a 15-minute walk from the historic town of Stein am Rhein, where you can indulge in culinary delights – or simply relax on the Rhine with an ice cream. As leisure activities, Ticiland in Stein am Rhein is available for children and Conny Land in nearby Lipperswil is available for young and old.

With 3 rooms and 2 large double beds (1.8 m), the accommodation can accommodate 4 adults and 2-3 small children. The well-equipped kitchen with granite countertop invites you to cook together. A bathroom with rain shower and bathtub provides relaxation and well-being. The spacious living room with Wi-Fi and cable TV is connected to a terrace with seating. Suitable for wheelchair users.

Attic studio with 180° lake view & direct lake access

We have lovingly renovated our house from 1608. At the very top under the roof is the studio, with stunning views. The garden with fireplace can also be used. Sports equipment such as paddleboards are also included. A motorboat and our private sauna can be used for a fee. Modern and very well-equipped holiday flat directly on Lake Constance with its own beach and several outdoor seating areas. In summer it is wonderful to sunbathe, cool off in the lake and barbecue on the large terrace. In the colder months, the barrel sauna (Extra fees) in the garden, the fireplace, the duo bathtub and the direct lake view invite you to linger in a cosy atmosphere.

Two bikes are available to explore the surrounding area.
