The flat not far from town Bus stops, cafes,shops etc just walking distance. Bay Uni, Beaches, Swansea Uni, singleton hospital,Mumbles tourist place (15mnt drive) Note: No pork,No pet plz.. This flat is located on top of the hill so not suitable for kids&disable person.
