Our guest room has a balcony and a private bathroom with toilet and shower. Families with children are especially welcome. Toddlers up to 3 years old sleep for free in the parents' room, older children on request and at an extra charge in the parents' room or in the 2nd guest room. In the large fenced garden there is a lot to discover in addition to a sandbox, playhouse or trampoline. Our ponies are looking forward to little riders. If necessary, childcare is possible.

This room is suitable for up to 3 people. All our rooms are located above our restaurant Bolero. We have 5 different rooms, all situated on the first floor of the house. You can reserve breakfast in this accommodation when you book the room. The breakfast costs 12€/person and is available everyday from 8 a.m. till 10 a.m. Breakfast is paid in the restaurant.

The room offers one of the most advanced mattress materials in the world for optimal sleeping comfort. It has a nice ambience with integrated bathroom, toilet and bidet. A desk is available as a workplace. The terrace offers a fantastic view over the Gulf of Trieste. A private wardrobe with shelves and plenty of hangers is also available.

Each room has its own balcony. We have two double-bedded rooms with its own balcony and toilet with bathroom. We also have dining room with kitchen, where we serve breakfast. Breakfast is not incluided in the price. Our guests can use the kitchen (which is just for guests) to make a coffe and drink it in our beautiful garden.
