Absolutely stunning house first time in Martinborough and we enjoyed every minute of it. It was picturesque and luxurious and worth the amount we paid for it. The hosts were amazing and made sure that our stay was very comfortable and that we had no issues. Would highly recommend this stay to anyone that is looking for a quiet weekend away. The location was amazing as well as it is very close to a lot of the wineries.

The perfect house. Sitting outside around the outdoor fire at night was amazing and the location to town couldn’t have been better. We loved how well setup the house was with great glassware. Thanks so much for having us, it made our weekend.

We stayed for a weekend to escape the city. The home is very modern, well laid out and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Sarah was very friendly and responsive. I’m sure we’ll be back again soon.

It was a great place to meet up with family from Wellington. We all enjoyed the space, and everything we needed was there.

We loved our stay! A very quiet, peaceful spot and a modern home with all the necessary amenities. Jo was friendly, and communicative, and even left us a wee welcome gift!! Awesome to have a pool and tennis courts available, and it’s super close to the middle of town.

This was the perfect home for our wedding party to get ready for our daughter’s wedding at Rose and Smith, and to come home to after the wedding. Both Shannon and Issy were so helpful and quickly responded to questions and the extra help we needed. I definitely recommend staying in this beautiful home.

The perfect place for a getaway. Close to lots of food and shopping areas. The house is nice and open but private with beautiful character. we will definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable house with good equipment.

We stayed in several air bnbs for our recent trip to NZ and Niki’s house had the best feel about it - definitely our favourite. So welcoming, lovely furnishings and linen, and we all felt immediately at home when we arrived. Such a beautiful garden view from every window and local Indian restaurant on our first night was delicious! Thank you for a great stay.

Enjoyed our stay here, with the most amazing view - the place and Lucy were very accommodating to my family and had all amenities needed. Everyone loved this house and didn’t want to leave. Lucy went above and beyond for us and responded straight away and made our stay even more special☺️ Would for sure recommend this place and rebook whenever we’re back in Wellington! Siammone’s property was in a great location to walk to the beach and to shops and restaurants. The road is not busy and there is plenty of parking. The house is clean, tidy and homelike with everything you need. The fire was wonderful and made it cozy when cooler. Siammone is a perfect host - very helpful in all ways including supplying anything we needed, providing flexibility and extremely friendly and welcoming. Thank you ! I highly recommend this wonderful place and it suited our family with small children.

Liem and Selena are great hosts - very responsive, friendly, and always available if you need anything. The place is spacious, cozy and comfortable, with everything necessary, you instantly feel like home. There’s also an amazing, quiet garden, perfect for enjoying breakfast! And if it’s rainy there’s a nice sunroom to enjoy the garden view! I genuinely enjoyed staying there and would definitely recommend it:)

Kara was a wonderful host! She was very flexible and kindly allowed us to check in early. The place was clean, cosy, and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

We came to this house as a group for a writing retreat - and it was just ideal for that. The lovely dining table offered plenty of space to spread out and write as a group. Also, there were so many different spaces where we could retreat to if we needed space between writing sessions (without needing to be in our bedrooms). The walks on the beach between writing sessions was an added bonus. The house was warm, cozy, and just what our large group of writers needed. Looking forward to being back there for our next retreat!!!

A beautiful home away from home. We found it very spacious & roomy. Large bedrooms & large main bathroom upstairs. Very well equipped kitchen for any cooking needs. The outdoor area was lovely with a pool & outdoor seating with nice established gardens very peaceful. Easy to access once we arrived & close to everything like a bakery, NW supermarket, Upper Hutt town centre etc. I would definitely recommend this house to any family it was fantastic & we had a really nice time there. A wonderful place for a quiet getaway. Big house, lovely clean spa. Would highly recommend this place for a warm cosy stay.

Perfect location to visit elderly parents at local retirement village. Close to shops, beach and transport, which was also ideal. Very clean, well appointed. Noisy, as stated, but that was OK. John kindly turned in the lights and heaters for our delayed midnight arrival.

Our stay was perfect. Nicola is such an amazing host, giving us extra recommendations for the time with our kids. The location of the house is perfect. Awesome views to the sea and just an easy stroll to the playground and the beautiful Queen Elizabeth park. The house itself got everything we need, we felt super comfortable all the time. Will come back :)

This house was excellent for our extended family gathering – the kids loved the table tennis room, the oldies loved the view, and we all loved the direct access to the beach. Thank you, Jill, – your communications were great, the house was spotless, the beds were super and the setting made this a gathering we will all remember, even though it was for Great Grandma’s funeral.
