Holiday rentals with a patio in Upper Leacock Township

What a lovely home! Super clean and updated. Easy Check-in. The private parking was nice. The kids loved the play area in the basement. The area outside was very nice with the string lights. We didn't end up using the grill or campfire pit this trip, but definitely would have. The Hot Tub was a big hit! All the appliances worked perfect; washer, dryer, fridge and the Central Air cooled the whole house well. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels. We loved this house and would book it again! For one quick night it was a nice quiet stay. Owners were quick to respond and very informative. We will definitely be staying here again hopefully in the near future.

Beautiful air b and b - my husband and I spent the night of our wedding at this location and found it so relaxing with the hot tub, the bed was so comfortable and I fell asleep in an instant.

This is my second stay at Elmer's place and it was a wonderful as the first. No issues checking in. The apartment is simply decorated, clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. It was a plus to have my dog and my friend's dog stay with us. Thank you again for a wonderful stay. Look forward to returning:)

Modern, beautifully decorated unit with great privacy. Views are amazing, so wide, expansive and peaceful. You can watch sunrise and sunset from the balcony! You can see people passing on the side street in their horse and buggies. The outdoor seats are very comfortable. The bed is comfortable too. Matt is a phenomenal host, his response time is super quick, he is very helpful and accommodating.

My daughter and I enjoyed our two-night stay at Wendy’s place. It was quiet and very clean. We loved the vintage decor, and the bed was comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay and took advantage of being so close to ReRe's cafe, which is a great local drive-through coffee shop. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

The place was really nice

Location, wonderful accommodation’s, fantastic hostess—this Airbnb has it all. Let’s start with location: walking distance to historic downtown, restaurants, central market, night entertainment, cultural interests, and yet just a very short drive to all the Amish activities and venues. Extremely peaceful and quiet location with convenient parking directly in front of the residence. Next, the Airbnb itself is immaculate, with carefully considered detail, and every amenity you could possibly want. The residence is better than pictured-if that is possible- well equipped, spacious, private, and again quiet. Third, Ashlee is certainly a “super” host. She was responsive, helpful, and provided numerous recommendations regarding: food options, downtown tourist spots, shopping, night life, and area entertainment. Needless to say, we will be returning. Thanks Ashlee, great job, our Lancaster visit will long be remembered as one of our favorites.

This place was absolutely perfect. It was a great location, close to everything but still in a setting that was away from the busy-ness. The house itself was gorgeous-hot tub, fire pit, a game room, super clean, organized, and had everything we needed and then some. This was my first ever airbnb and it was a great experience. Miriam had clear instructions, everything she set up was thoughtful and intentional. During the first few hours, we already talked about returning. I reached out a couple of times for questions (which were already answered, I just needed to read what she already put out there for us) but Miriam still answered professionally and politely, and super quick. I'd give 10 stars if I could.

Clean, comfortable, cozy! Four adults and two kids stayed for two nights and we enjoyed having Bel View Cottage as our home away from home, while experiencing the Lancaster region! All of the amenities Joshua listed were clean and easy to find/use for our stay. It is a beautiful, well-kept home with plenty of space for family fun. Thank you!

If I could have given a 10 for cleaning I would. The house was immaculate. Especially appreciated how organized everything was in the kitchen. Most rentals have drawers filled with mismatched items and here everything was perfectly organized so you could find exactly what you needed - and they thought of everything, even a lovely welcome basket. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Bathroom clean with anything you may need. Everything was in great condition, with none of the wear you often can see in a rental. The window AC kept things nice and cool. I liked all the little notes around the house. Their communication was fantastic throughout the process. We lucked out with a parking spot across the street when we arrived so that made unloading easy. But when we came back at the end of the night the areas near the house were very busy and we eventually parked in one of the garages nearby. But in the morning we were able to move the car across again to load. Thank you!

We got this place for our family trip. This was a perfect place with multiple families. The house is very spacious and clean. It was close to all the places that we wanted to visit. Only negative thing was that we had to leave a voicemail to communicate with them. We couldn’t communicate through the app. But I would still recommend this place.

Exactly what we needed for our family trip to Dutch Wonderland. We brought our 5-year old (who LOVED all the toys, books and coloring in the house!) and our 2-month old (who had the best sleep of his admittedly short life). Comfortable and clean, big enough for all four of us but not too big to let a little kid play unsupervised. Quick drive to lots of restaurants and shopping, beautiful view from the porch. Everything was so easy with the hosts, too, which was appreciated because this was a fairly last-minute trip. The homemade sourdough was glorious. We hope to come back next summer!

The house had everything we needed and was close to everything we had planned for the weekend. We enjoyed our evenings around the fire pit. We would definitely stay again.

We were in Lancaster for the Woman's US Golf Open. The place was beautiful, spacious and close to so many restaurants and shops. We walked to dinner both nights. We enjoyed staying here!

We stayed here during a home renovation, and this was one of the best Airbnb experiences we've had. The host was incredibly thoughtful and communicative - she checked in before our stay with helpful local tips and followed up after we arrived to make sure we were settled. When our house project ran longer than expected and the place was already booked, she still went out of her way to offer alternative options. Our dog stayed with us too and was just as comfortable as we were. She truly went above and beyond to make a stressful time feel much more manageable. We'd absolutely stay here again - or at one of her other properties. Highly recommend!

a little dimond in the rough, but a great place to stay. Rooms where big, place was clean, view is great! if you like watching trains, this place is for you.
