We can’t thank Kayla and team enough for accommodating our family as we engaged in the passing of my father and his memorial services. Kayla offered a complimentary 1:00 PM checkout on Sunday so that my mom, siblings and our families could have a private brunch gathering at the AirB&B to share memories and reminisce about my dad. It was extremely special because we found little to no time to talk amongst ourselves the day before during my father’s services. We shared photo albums, cards that were sent to us in condolence of our loss, and personal memories that were written during the memorial services the day before. It was such an amazing and emotional experience to honor my father in such an intimate setting. We can’t thank Kayla and team enough for their and hospitality. This is a definite must stay if you’re coming to Philly with a large family! The place is simply amazing home and is modern, spacious and pristine in nature! It’s is wonderfully decorated and could easily be a show home! It is exactly as advertised and much more! The jacuzzi and outdoor patio and bbq are a really nice touch, and well as the exercise room and equipment on the second floor! Katerina is a gracious and wonderful host! She responded to any inquiries in a timely and helpful manner! We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return! Sean was absolutely incredible! Due to an unexpected issue with our previous stay, we had to book last minute—and he welcomed us without hesitation. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The property itself is stunning—serene, safe, and beautifully maintained. Five stars all around!

This place was amazing to stay at! We loved the huge kitchen and there was plenty of space for our family of five. Our kids had a great time running around the big backyard and we went on several walks around the local neighbourhood, which was very picturesque and peaceful. What a lovely place to visit!

This place was a wonderful gem! Right away you walk in and just feel so at peace. The hosts have done an amazing job at making the home welcoming, useable, and beautiful. They obviously can't control the birds but man were they just so nice to listen to all day. just wanted to sit on the back porch all day and listen to nature. The pool and hot tub were very clean. Instructions for various things in the the house were clear. Everything felt spotless! Anytime we had a question they were super quick to respond. We had the pleasure to meet them both at different times and are so thankful we did. They were so lovely and friendly. We appreciated their recommendations for the area as well. We stayed for two nights but definitely wish it was longer. Our kids (10 & 12) want us to go back next year! We stayed here from Canada as we came to attend the Sights and Sound theater. Definitely would recommend to others. Thanks for an amazing stay!

Pauline’s place was amazing , our family and friends stayed for a lacrosse tournament and we got to enjoy the pool / beautiful outdoor space & AC / game room inside on a hot weekend. Every time we had a question they were quick to respond. We hope to return soon, perfect for a weekend get away.

Our Honey Brook stay was brief but worth it. The house, yard, and surrounding town was beautiful. Chris and Claudia early on were very helpful with recommendations. When it was getting to be close to the time of our vaca their instructions were clear and well timed. I look forward to staying here again, hopefully for longer next time.

Great accomodations with plenty of room for our family over a wedding weekend. Everything was well appointed and Ward was an extremely helpful and responsive host! Highly recommend!

Beautiful and clean. Great privacy and outdoor setting. Perfect for quiet residential get away. I love the area and familiar with Philadelphia. If you are looking to travel into the city a little inconvenient, however if you are a family and want quality as rather than site seeing this is a perfect location. Host was extremely responsive and gracious.

We stayed at the Harvey House for 16 a little over 2 weeks and had a wonderful experience! The location was perfect—convenient and close to everything we needed. Shalamar was an excellent host—very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. The house was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, including toddler-friendly items like plates, bowls, and utensils, which was a big plus for our family. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-stocked home away from home. Thank you, Shalamar!

The house was cozy and perfect for winding down after spending all day at a convention.

We really enjoyed our stay. The townhouse was roomy, clean, & comfortable, & parking was convenient. There were 2 suites with attached bathrooms. We really appreciated the 3 full, & 2 half baths. It has a beautiful kitchen & hardwood floors on the main level. The air conditioning felt amazing after coming in from the heat. We could walk to town & a river trail. Daisy was great. She was helpful, friendly, & very responsive. She left us water bottles & snacks, which was really kind. We highly recommend Daisy's place!

My Fiancé and I had such an incredible stay here. It was one of the most charming airbnbs we've ever stayed in. Jeffrey was very responsive and allowed us to check in early. We were greeted with a lovely card and bottle of wine. The airbnb was so cozy and exactly what we were looking for. Perfect for staycations, families, romantic weekends and much more. There was plenty of space inside and outside and we loved the tavern downstairs. Will definitely be coming back!

Home was perfect for our stay in the Pa area. Parking was a little tight getting in and out of the driveway. We would stay there again.

Great 3 night stay. Perfect for traveling with dogs. The fenced back yard is amazing. Very well stocked kitchen if you plan to eat in. Very clean and well maintained property.

We stayed at Elmer’s place for only one night. But it was definitely worth it and will be coming back for a longer period of time next time. We haven’t had the chance to use the firepit since it was raining. However, all the other amenities were well-kept and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. Elmer is very nice and responsive host. We visited one of the restaurants she recommended (Agapē), everything was so delicious. I’d definitely recommend this place for a getaway.

My wife and I had the best experience at this guest house. Lisa is an amazing host. Lisa blessed us with fresh eggs in the fridge from the farm. Lisa also had fresh milk, yogurts, apple cider, granola, and homemade cakes for us. The guest house and the whole property will take you back in time. The guest house was squeaky clean from top to bottom and had the perfect amenities for out stay. If you are on the fence between renting this property or another property in the area, rent this property for your vacation. You will not be disappointed!!

We love the little house on Cherry. It was perfect for our short stay in the area. It was just the right amount of space. The backyard is very spacious so our dogs could run and run and run. The dog door made it easy for us also. Now we want to install one at home. The kitchen is beautiful and fully stocked! We love the eclectic decor and artwork mixed with antique furniture with beautiful woodwork. You can tell that Ellie takes pride in her home. I recommend this home for anyone traveling with 1-4 people. More than that many it might feel cramped. But there was plenty of space for the 3 of us with 2 dogs to relax and not feel cramped. Thank you again for providing a beautiful place to stay in Phoenixville.

Bryan's place was great for the dogs and me during our week in the KOP area. The fenced-in backyard was a game changer, and the home is close to my office. The neighborhood is beautiful and walkable and parking was very easy right on the driveway. I'd definitely stay here again during future work trips!

Mark’s place was impeccable in so many ways. It was super clean and there was attention to every detail from the coffee to the bows on the toilet paper. My main concern before booking was the safety of the neighborhood. Mark assured me it was safe and he was right!! The neighbors were super friendly and we walked to several restaurants, meeting nothing but great people on the way. Mark’s place was worth every penny and we made memories to last a lifetime. Highly recommend this property! It is quiet and tucked away, the perfect retreat for a quiet getaway. My friend and I stayed for another friend’s engagement party nearby, and Kelly’s property was the perfect location. It is exactly as described, and an exceptionally clean place. I’d highly recommend this property to anyone.
