Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ καθαρό! Υπάρχουν όλα τα απαραίτητα! Οικοδεσπότες ευγενικοί και εξυπηρετικοί! Όλα ήταν Σούπερ!

A lovely apartment in the most perfect location, easily accessible to the high street and the front in only a short walk. The apartment itself was great. Everything you need to make it feel like a home from home. The bed is one of the comfiest I’ve ever stayed in when away if not the best! I slept like a little baby! The balcony was massive and got the sun from around 1:30pm. I wasn’t sure how to pull back the orning as I didn’t want to break anything so it was shaded during the morning, (may time). Overall a brilliant stay, whilst there I did come across something however messaged and it was sorted instantly, communication was excellent and very responsive! Thank you for a lovely stay and we will be back next time we visit Thessaloniki

Ένας υπέροχος χώρος, σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία για να κινηθείς με οποιοδήποτε μέσο, ακόμη και με τα πόδια! Η επικοινωνία ήταν άψογη, μας δόθηκαν αναλυτικές οδηγίες, με ευγένεια, ενώ ο χώρος ήταν πεντακάθαρος και όπως ακριβώς περιγράφεται. Σίγουρα θα το επέλεγα ξανά!

Η διαμονή μας ενθουσίασε, πολύ ομορφος χώρος , μοντέρνος ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες, μεγαλύτερο από κοντά , πολύ άνετο , καθαρό και με πολλές παροχές! Πολύ ήσυχη γειτονιά και καλή τοποθεσία!!

Effie ile iletişim oldukça kolay ve hızlıydı. Evde çokça şeyi düşünüp hazırlık yapması bizi mutlu etti. Evin yeri çok merkezi. Her yere yürünebiliyor. Şehirde otopark genel olarak sıkıntı fakat evin tam karşısında ücretli otopark da var. Oldukça memnun kaldık 4 yetişkin 2 çocuk 3 gece konakladık.

The location was amazing! The view of the water and being in the heart of many restaurants, grocery stores and attractions was amazing. You can see Mount Olympus from the airbnb… so amazing! Check in/check out were easy and the host communicated quickly when we had questions!

Η διαμονή μου ήταν άψογη...!! Ο χώρος ότι ακριβώς χρειάζεσαι... Καθαρό, ήσυχο, εύκολα προσβάσιμο,με εξασφαλισμένη θέση Parking,και με έναν ιδιοκτήτη απόλυτα φιλικό... Το συνιστώ χωρίς καμία επιφύλαξη..!!!

Tolle Apartment. Sehr einfach zu finden. Ruhige Gegend. Sehr freundliche Nachbarn.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Dimitris Unterkunft. Sehr schönes Haus und tolle Einrichtung, alles war sehr sauber. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, fast dörflich und man hat einen tollen Ausblick über die Stadt. Unser Highlight: den Sonnenuntergang auf der Stadtmauer genießen. Außerdem gab es sehr gute Tavernen in der Nähe. Wir würden sehr gerne wieder kommen :))

We had a good time staying at the place. It was clean, we were received personally and it was easy and uncomplicated to reach our host. The location was perfect for us. It's within broader walking distance from the center and easy to get around with public transportation.

Ενας πεντακάθαρος και πανέμορφος χώρος, το σπίτι είχε ότι χρειάζεται κάποιος για να περάσει ευχάριστα τη διαμονή του. Το τζακούζι ήταν ό,τι πρέπει για αυτό τον καιρό, σίγουρα άξιζε τα χρήματα και σίγουρα θα ξανά προτιμήσουμε αυτό το πανέμορφο σπίτι. Συγχαρητήρια για αυτόν τον υπέροχο χώρο που διαμορφώσατε⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

very comfortable space! you could easily have friends over. she supplied us with soaps, toilet paper, snacks, coffee, water bottles, a briki, anything we might need upon arrival. super cute space with comfy couches and comfy bed. host was very responsive, kind, and helpful while giving us lots of privacy! highly recommend. not disability accessible.

This place is near the beach (1 minute walking) and near the airport (9 minutes driving). It has everything as described. Parking is available in front of the door. Keybox checkin and checkout any time possible. It was nice to be able to stay here.

I have been staying in Thess for approaching 3 years and I have to say that even though each apartment is unique in it's own way, I absolutely loved this one - it felt sooo cozy, warm and really like a home. I absolutely loved the style of it, the decor was very well thought of and it was incredibly spotless clean upon check in. I also absolutely love this area, and probably more so than the Roman Agora where I have always stayed previously. This was the perfect fit! The bed - super comfy with such nice sheets, the kitchen is more than generous in size with everything that you possibly need and much more, the shower is huge and the aircon works incredibly well. The WiFi - completely uninterrupted, so absolutely perfect for digital nomads and remote workers (like myself). The check-in was incredibly smooth and Savas was always responsive and very clear and prompt in all his communication. I'd give this a 11/10 and I can't wait to return. Thank you Savas for such an incredible stay!

We have stayed at Solon's place for a full month and it felt like home. We really appreciated that it was free of clutter that you usually see in other places on AirBnB. It had everything we needed and always felt so tidy and neat. The view from the terrace was amazing and we found it very calming. It was close to everything and the two bicycles provided made it easy to get around. They provided us with a high chair and cot for the baby, both in great condition.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Thessaloniki und haben uns bei Yanis wohl gefühlt. Eva hat uns trotz später Ankunft sehr freundlich empfangen, alles erklärt und viele Tipps zu Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten gegeben. Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, war sauber und gepflegt, alles ist fußläufig erreichbar und die Aussicht auf die Stadt ist grandios. Die Kommunikation mit Yanis war unkompliziert.

Wir waren für 2 Wochen in Thessaloniki in dieser hervorragenden Wohnung. Sie befindet sich im 4. Stock mit großartigem Blick auf das Viertel. Ein Aufzug ist vorhanden. Die Wohnung war äußerst sauber und modern. Sie verfügt über jede Menge Stauraum und eine moderne Küche mit großem Kühlschrank und Tiefkühlfach. Das Internet funktioniert einwandfrei und schnell. Die Klimaanlage/ Heizung ist leistungsstark. Dank eines modernen 2 in 1 Waschtrockners war Wäsche kein Problem. Auch ein Bügeleisen, Föhn und Staubsauger sind vorhanden. Die Dachterasse bekommt wunderschöne Abendsonne ab und verfügt über eine gemütliche Sitzecke und Liegestühle. Von der Wohnung aus ist die U-Bahn und die Meer Promenade in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Ein großer Supermarkt ist nur wenige Meter entfernt, eine Apotheke direkt vor der Haustür. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern funktioniert schnell und reibungslos. Klare Empfehlung!

It was a dream to come True! Everything was as promised! Location, accomadation adn the terrace! In one word: Great! Sorry that i didnt follow the instuctions well enough! Next time i leave the keys to the box! KR: Mika

Εξαιρετικό διαμέρισμα. Πεντακάθαρο. Είχε καθαρές πετσέτες, καθαρά παπλώματα και σεντόνια. Ήταν σε ωραία γειτονιά και είχε τα πάντα τριγύρω. Ο οικοδεσπότης επικοινώνησε μαζί μου με σαφείς οδηγίες. Χωρεσαμε άνετα και δεν είχαμε κανένα θέμα απολύτως. Το μόνο δύσκολο ήταν το πάρκινγκ αλλά δεν είναι θέμα του σπιτιού. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για όλα.

Έμεινα στο συγκεκριμένο διαμέρισμα και μπορώ να πω, πως είναι ακριβώς αυτό το οποίο βλέπετε στις φωτογραφίες. Καθαρό και παρέχει ό,τι χρειάζεστε. Διαθέτει και ένα τεράστιο μπαλκόνι το οποίο ειδικά για καλοκαιρινούς μήνες είναι φανταστικό. Σε βολικό μέρος δίπλα σε στάση μετρό που μπορείτε να πάτε στο κέντρο πολύ γρήγορα και άνετα!

Καταπληκτική τοποθεσία και παρότι ηταν στο κέντρο της πόλης ηταν ήσυχα..Υπεροχος χωρος ,φιλοξενος οικοδεσπότης θα το επιλεξω παλι σε επόμενη επίσκεψηστην πόλη

Excellent choice to choose. Few steps away from the local square with a lot of restaurants and shops. 10 minutes drive to the centre of Thessaloniki. Tasos was a very responsive person, answering to all our questions in a few minutes time and the house was in excellent condition! I totally recommend it!

Das Apartment von Miltos liegt sehr zentral in einer Fußgängerzone. Alles in Thessaloniki ist gut zu erreichen. Supermärkte, Restaurants usw. sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Apartment ist klein, aber nett eingerichtet, sehr sauber und ruhig im Innenhof gelegen. Das Auto kann man in einer öffentlichen Garage in der Nähe parken. Der Zugang mit Schlüsselbox war unkompliziert. Die Kommunikation mit Miltos war gut und sehr freundlich. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt in Thessaloniki.
