Beachfront holiday rental in Upper Township

We had a lovely time at this bayfront home! The views from the balconies were amazing. The house was very very clean and had everything we needed. Host answered our questions and had helpful communications. We hope to visit again soon!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Liz’s place for a long weekend! We stayed with 3 small dogs who ran laps around the huge fully fenced in yard all weekend long; Only thing to note is there is not direct access to the backyard from the house, just a few small steps from the side door to the fence.. wasn’t a problem for us, our dogs learned quickly! The neighborhood is quiet and while the beach on the bay isn’t exactly for lounging, it was a quick walk from the house and was perfect for morning & evening walks! It was amazing to see all of the horseshoe crabs. The beaches of Cape May are a quick 20 minute drive. Liz provided an extensive list of recommendations prior to our arrival which made it easy to plan ahead. We had some rain and wind during our stay but the house was cozy for when we weren’t out & about! The beds were comfortable. Highly recommend this stay!

My wife and I came to Cape May for a quick weekend getaway and got exactly what we were looking for in this place. As close to the beach as you can get, very walkable to bars and restaurants. Exactly what we were looking for, and getting in and out was super easy

We decided last minute to travel over Memorial Day weekend. We were fortunate to find Katie's place open for a few days. She is a very responsive host. Home was very clean and as listed. We were able to bring our dog and found her property to be very dog friendly. Peaceful location just a short walk to the bay. Perfect for small family with pet. Close to all Cape May has to offer.

Gorman was quick to reply to my questions. The place was clean and as described. Plenty of room for my group.

My family and I had such an amazing experience in this gorgeous LBI home. There was plenty of room for us and the space was really clean. My nephews aged 4 and 6 were always entertained in the backyard! It is the perfect place for little ones to safely explore and play. You can tell it is a family/child friendly rental- but I can also envision my friends and I renting here and having another great experience! Our host Michael and his staff are the exact kind of hosts I hope to have when renting. They truly trusted us and let us enjoy our stay! When we had questions they responded quickly. The house is modern, seems to be brand new, super clean and clutter free. Anyone can feel at home here- I know my family definitely did! This was my best experience staying at an airbnb and I look forward to renting again! Thank you to Michael and Cabrina!

By far the best place we’ve ever stayed! Teresa was amazing at communicating from the moment we booked, during, and after our stay at her beautiful bayside cottage on Arbor Road. The moment we walked through the door, we felt at home and at peace. The decor was amazing! Relaxing natural wood tones filled the space with a mix of new and gorgeous vintage pieces and artwork. The space was cozy yet super spacious. Perfect for our family! Outside the house was a convenient outdoor shower and patio space where we grilled and cooked s’mores. Every morning we walked to the bay which was basically like our own private beach steps away. In the evening we drove into nearby Cape May and Wildwood Crest for dinner and shopping which was less than a 10 min drive away. We were so comfortable at the home, that we really did not want to leave to go anywhere. It was absolutely so cozy and comfortable. Thanks so much to Teresa for making our stay so ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! We will hopefully be back soon! xo

This was a great stay for my boyfriend and I! The Airbnb was super clean and it was in a great location. Super close to the beach and other great restaurants. Would highly recommend!!

Great stay with family. The kids loved the pool in the backyard. Place was well set up for two adults and three children between 8-11. Location is just off the bay beach and the sunset views were amazing.

This was our first time in AC staying at a non Casino Hotel, which was amazing, we had plenty of room, could cook, and could easily walk to each Casino, would choose this place again and will definitely stay in this same place!! Exceeded my expectations for sure!

Rani is a great host. Condo has amazing views and in a convenient location. Place was clean and spacious.

This Airbnb was everything we hoped for and more! The location is perfect—just steps away from the boardwalk and all the action in Atlantic City. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, making the whole experience stress-free. The views from the place were absolutely incredible—waking up to the ocean each morning was a dream. We had a great weekend celebrating Easter and my father’s 90th birthday. Julie and Michael’s place was immaculate! The kitchen was well very stocked. We loved having coffee on the spacious porch in the mornings. The house is very conveniently located to stores, playground, and the beach.

This place was the absolute best location! Especially great if you have a pup with you. For being where it is located the place itself was extremely quiet. Really enjoyed this stay! Would recommend!

Great location and looked exactly like the photos. Sarah was a super responsive host and was always available for questions leading up to the trip and during! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a beach get away.

We absolutely loved or stay as we were in town for our son’s graduation from Coast Guard bootcamp. It housed 5 adults very comfortably and the outdoor area was so relaxing, quiet and private. The home was gorgeous and it was clean and fresh! ! Megan was VERY responsive to the couple of questions that I did have and that was much appreciated! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Hope this helps anyone looking Communication: would give 10+ stars if possible, Richard always responded to everything I asked, went out of his way check on us but not too much that it was annoying Cleanliness and Room: Room was clean. Linens smelled great and clean. Beds were on the harder side, but had a thin pillow top on them. We found them very comfortable as with the couch as well. Location was excellent. Quick 10 min walk to either Hard Rock on one side and Bally's on the other, We ate at the Irish Pub about 1 min walk, food and drink were good and very inexpensive as well. Views were great especially from the bedroom without the tub. Very safe: the street entrance has people on site and you have to use your key card to let you in through the boardwalk. Word of warning: If coming in from the boardwalk avoid the timeshare sales people. If they ask just tell them you own the place, not renting.

Host was extremely responsive, friendly and accommodating. Place was exactly how it was described. I loved the dock, great spot to do fishing and relaxing. It is a close drive or Uber to bars and Restaurants, north beach just as close. Highly recommend. Compared to a lot of places in the area, it is price well. Anytime I am planning to be back in the area I will chose here.

Rebecca was very nice and helpful. It was perfect for what my boyfriend and I were looking for just a 2 night stay. I had messaged her a week before my stay and wanted to see if there was anything extra I needed to bring but she had everything there for me and I did not need to supply anything. She responded to my messages very fast and was always accepting questions. Place was very clean. The location was a little sketchy at first, looks like a motel strip. But very very convenient to be near the beach and less than a 3 min walk to get onto the boardwalk. Place across the room was abandoned and the neighbors were loud, but nothing to do with Rebecca. She takes great care of her place. Would definitely book again!

Perfect place for a quick last minute getaway. Great space for two people, more spacious than pictures look and clean and convenient location. Very close to the beach and multiple parking lots available nearby. Bike rental across the street. Beach tags included. Loved the room decor and theme, down to the details! Has everything you would need in room. Building is secure and although not a hotel anymore still has a front desk during the day to ask questions or get basic necessities. Room is also very secure and has a nice view. Great hosts, very responsive and extremely accommodating, couldn’t ask for more! Will book again if we return to OC!
