The Cothi Cottage is close to Brechfa Forest with the renowned mountain bike and walking trails with Carmarthen and Llandeilo just 20 minutes away. Free WIFI available. We have a shop in Brechfa and also 2 local pubs offering excellent food.. We are minutes from the forest walks and enjoy peace and quiet with stunning views. Good quality bed linen, towels and a powerful shower are supplied. The cottage is great for couples, mountain bikers, walkers, business travelers, and we're pet friendly.

New barn conversion. I have tried to maintain the character. The decor is Agri/industrial, reusing as much of the raw materials around the farm. It has three king-size beds all on-suite. 1 x Very large bedroom upstairs with sofa and balcony and 2 smaller ground floor bedrooms. Each room has a TV and wifi. The main living room includes a kitchen, a table, a large L-shaped sofa and coffee table: an outdoor table and chairs, BBQ and a covered area for storing bikes and a EV Charger (50p/kw) etc.

The garden is fenced and completely private. It has a patio area with a table and seating with a BBQ/fire pit. The area is renowned for its peace and tranquility offering a quiet, relaxing break with all the mod cons. Beaches within 40 mins and local shop 15mins away. Main shopping centre 30mins away.

Minutes from the Botanical Gardens, Brecon Beacons, castles, forests and lakes, and centrally placed between Gower and Pembrokeshire beaches. Note:farm building work is scheduled March-August. Our aim is to minimise disruption to guests, but there will be periods of daytime noise, vehicle movements, and general building works. Our cottage will, remain fully open and operational, with guests welcome to stay.
