We very much enjoyed staying at Josh's place on the Upper West Side. It's a quieter place than one usually finds in New York and the location was great--easy to get to wherever we wanted to go, safe area. Josh, his wife, and his sister were so friendly and interesting to talk to and gave us lots of excellent suggestions about where to shop, where to eat, etc. We had never stayed on the UWS before, so their help was invaluable. As well, we appreciated Josh's quick responses to all our questions or requests. The room was large and very comfortable--we especially liked the huge closet. This is a great place to stay in New York, and we highly recommend it. Thank you, Josh!

We stayed for one week at Robert’s home. He was always proactive, very kind, and responsive. The apartment was excellent and very comfortable, close to everything, and located in the friendliest area of Manhattan. He even took the time to have a coffee with us. Honestly, it was a great experience not just staying at his home, but also meeting him. I will definitely come back!

Ruth was a great host. The space was comfortable and excellent for a few days. Apartment is easy access to train station - about 20 minutes to tourist spots via train. Central park located very close and was lovely. I look forward to my future stay, Ruth.

This was truly an oasis in a big city. Definitely easy to get around close to a busy subway stop that can get you all around the city being close to the park was a bonus because we loved getting out every morning for a nice energetic walk. great restaurants within walking distance. Pretty back patio and we would have enjoyed it more had it not rained for a couple days. Would highly recommend Harry and his oasis.

Our short stay to Yakov’s place was very good. We been travelling from Washington that day, and the weather was pretty bad, but he waited for us, to show us around and welcomed us with a coffee :) The flat is unique, each room is very different from another, and full of history, personal items and love. Yakov is more than an owner, is a great person to talk about everything, and someone that know the city very well, so if you need any recommendation, he will be your google! The place is also close to the park, and 8 minutes to the first subway, so great in each way.

Pia is a wonderful host! I’ve booked a room for my younger brother, it was his first trip to NY. Thanks to Pia and her family for greeting him so warmly and inviting to the baseball match and all the nice small things and gestures I felt that my brother was in a good hands When I’m in New York I will make sure to visit Pia!
