“Completely and utterly impressed with this beautiful, quaint and so well equipped accommodation. This is hosting at its very very best. Penny has thought of absolutely everything to make your stay soo homely and comfortable. Was so easy to book in and check out. Fantastic stay while exploring the surrounding area which offers a varied amount of things to do. The local New Inn just a short walk from the accommodation serves delicious food. As we drive home we are already planning a return trip as we enjoyed this one so much. Thanks Penny for having us.”

“Fabulous! We spent a lovely weekend at the barn for my husbands birthday and it’s safe to say it exceeded all our expectations! Beautiful location, stunning accommodation and child friendly. We went with our two girls (age 2 & 3) and they loved it! They loved watching and feeding the horses just outside the back door and Sharky was a firm favourite! We spent one full day at Avon valley wildlife park which they loved and was only half an hours drive away. Nearby Bradford-on-Avon was great for a wander around- recommend The Teapot for doorstop sandwiches and lovely cakes! Plenty of independent shops to wander around and a fab playground to tire out little people! The barn itself is very well appointed- we cooked most of our meals there (a must with small kids!). Thank you so much! We hope to return with our dog next time!”
Surrounded by idyllic countryside; 5 miles Bath; 3 miles Bradford on Avon; great for walking; excellent pub a short walk away ; farm shop & cafe 15 mins; self-contained; adjacent parking; stunning views over the Limpley Stoke Valley.
“We had a great stay at Julie’s. After a long day’s walk, it was a pleasure to have a hot shower and cup of tea in the cosy kitchen and later on sleep on a heated mattress! The cottage has lots of home touches including freshly squeezed orange juice and home baked bread for breakfast. The kitchen area was well-stocked with cooking utensils and we were able to walk to the village shop and make ourselves a fresh dinner. The surrounding area is just beautiful and Julie and Ben had plenty of tips for places to visit.”
