The houseboat is located on the Fyrisån River near Stadsparken. The boat is equipped with a basic bathroom with a shower cubicle and a toilet. Kitchen with stove, fridge/freezer, and oven/microwave. The sleeping accommodations consist of a 120-cm bed, a 160-cm bed in the sleeping loft, and an extra mattress. On the deck, you can sit under parasols and soak up the city’s vibe. The boat is also functional in winter, and you can enjoy the wood-burning stove.

With us, you live 13 km from Uppsala C and 7 km from the E4, which takes you further towards Arlanda or Stockholm. 1000 meters from the accommodation, a bus goes directly to Uppsala C and during some summer days, you can take a steam train to the city with the museum railway Lennakatten. The guest house is located on the outskirts of Gunsta community, close to nature. In the area, there is the nice Stiernhielms Krog & Livs, where you can eat well or shop a little.

Patio in two directions with both morning and evening sun. There is a small pebble beach directly adjacent to the house, 20 meters from the house there is also a wood-fired sauna that you can borrow. Swimming dock available 100 meters from the house.

Here you can relax in a quiet environment and watch the boats gliding by or take the train into Stockholm and enjoy its range of restaurants and entertainment. Train station is about 10-15 min walking distance. It takes 35 minutes by train to Stockholm. By car, it takes about 30-35 minutes. Free parking. It´s located within 20 minutes walking distance from the centre of Sigtuna.Small beach and boat dock to use within 70 m. from the cottage. Your own private bathroom with shower is not located in the cottage. it is 10 steps away in the basement of our main house. You have your own door and come and go as you like.Sheets and towel is provided.
