The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here on Airbnb. Fishing included. Salmon stocked. One fish is included in the rent, then SEK 100/salmon. Rowboat included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled completely to the side, large opening out to the balcony. Floor 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. Level 2 - Living room with fireplace, balcony, 3 bedrooms. Wi-Fi, Apple TV.

Welcome to our newly-renovated farmhouse, with terrace and access to the family pool that is open and heated to at least 26 degrees May-September. My wife Lollo and I welcome you to our newly renovated cottage from 1870 located in a well-preserved and beautiful turn-of-the-century environment. Here you can relax and enjoy - quiet location. You will have access to our private home park with barbecue facilities and swing. Nice forest to hike or bike in. The cottage has a brand new kitchen and bathroom. Wi-Fi is available. On the property, there is also an 18th-century house you can peek into. It is 12 minutes to Nybro and 8 minutes to Orrefors with Orranäs glassworks and swimming lake.

Here you can relax in the countryside. In the summer, the cows are in front of the door in the meadow and sometimes also the roe deer. The cottage was originally a woodshed and home for the farmhand. Now it has been completely renovated with all the old materials we found on the farm. You can walk into the woods from the cottage. A supermarket is 5 kilometers away.
