Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Urb Plenomar

Very cute, clean apartment surrounded by nature but a only 10 minute walk to town. It's well equipped for remote work with a desk and decent wifi, as well as a fully stocked kitchen. Mary and Fer are the sweetest, most accommodating hosts and put a lot of care into making sure I was comfortable and taken care of. They had a bunch of great recommendations on stuff to do in town/ where to find things and shared a lot about the history of Minca with me. As someone who tries to travel responsibly and stay with locals, I felt good about staying with folks who have roots in the community and clearly care a lot about this little town. I can't recommend this place enough!

Susana’s place is beautiful. Very well located in a good section of Santa Marta, close walks/rides to many nearby stores, restaurants, and malls. The backyard is beautiful, and the house is perfect for a group of friends to stay at. Oscar was very accommodating and easy to communicate with and always made himself available to help out with any issue we may have had. Definitely recommend if you’re traveling with a group of friends.

We were very happy at Casa Olivia. Everything is new. The bed is 2 meters wide. The bathroom is superb. The pool is awesome with beautiful sea views and sunset views. The neighborhood is quiet and very safe. Young children play on the street in the evening. There is one person who does outdoor cleaning every day. She is very kind. Luis lives next door and is always available. We will definitely be back for another vacation.

Impeccable experience with them

We loved our stay at this beautiful house located in the center of Santa Marta. The location was ideal for walking to the lively area near Parque de los Novios. It was far enough away that it was quiet and peaceful, which allowed us a good night's sleep. The outdoor space is perfect! We look forward to coming back one day!

Daniela was very attentive during our stay, she was very kind, she thought of every detail and even had everything ready for our pet, her cabin is beautiful and close to the sea, it provides a plus of tranquility by not being so close to the highway, even so you can walk to this beach or to Gaira. The cabin has very good cooking utensils and even a cooler, which made it easy to take our cold drinks to the beach.

Very nice new apartment overlooking the ocean from a short distance. Very nice pools and gym. Beds were very comfortable and are truly queen size. Location is quiet and peaceful.

Spectacular apartment that felt like home from the beginning. Perfect for kids, exploring outside of the bubble of the resort or just laying around the more than comfortable apartment. Exceptional facilities like the Infinity pool, the maintained and guarded beach and even access to the main irotama resort grounds. Would recommend to anybody thinking about going. We will definitely plan to come back!, Katy was nice and very responsive to our requests, very quiet and peaceful (even the shared areas) which is exactly what we were looking for, the personal were extremely nice, the jacuzzi was great and the instructions easy to follow and clear, the kitchen had everything that you could need and more.. there’s the Zazue mall very close which has all the restaurants, grocery stores, drug stores coffee shops hair salon and more..

It's an excellent place!!! We had an amazing time at the accommodation, plus all the extra things are a huge plus. I 100% recommend staying at Victor's place. The apartment's layout is great, it has everything you need to have a pleasant family stay, the finishes are nice and it is well equipped. Every detail is designed to make you feel at home. The location of the condominium is perfect if you are looking for tranquility and to be away from the noise, the pools are excellent and the access to the beach is a plus. On the first floor there are mini markets and about 10 minutes walk there is an Ara and a D1. If you want to go to another area, taxis are available at the condominium exit. Thanks to Cesar and Ligia for being attentive and ensuring that the stay was the best.

Sebastian's apartment is very nice, it has perfect decor as seen in the photos. Definitely the sunset that can be observed from the apt is magnificent, the entire apartment is well equipped. Communication with Sebastian was very easy from the start, always making sure that everything was perfect for us, it was too proactive and friendly. I recommend it.

Everything was perfect. The apartment was impeccable, very well located and exactly as shown in the photos. The bed was very comfortable, the Wi-Fi worked great and the kitchen had everything you needed. Communication with the host was prompt and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay, I loved it. My family and I want to come back, everything is super clean and beautiful, the mattresses are very comfortable. The club has a small supermarket that I found very useful and with fair prices. The pools are very cool, with music. We didn't have many expectations for the beach, but we really liked it and spent most of our time there. It's a quiet beach without a lot of tourism. We stayed 5 days and didn't want to leave. The apartment and the place are highly recommended

I traveled with my family (my husband and 3 children) and we loved it. The apartment is duplex, nice and very comfortable. Excellent location, you can leave the apartment elevator and a few meters away you have the shopping center with absolutely everything you need during your stay: supermarket, pharmacies, variety of restaurants, coffee, hairdresser and spa, boutiques... in short everything at your fingertips. Zazué Square is very beautiful and safe. Andrea responds very quickly and is always willing to collaborate in everything. We would definitely like to come to this beautiful place when we return to Santa Marta

Our stay was fantastic. Beautiful resort. Gym, pool, beach, etc. very easy to check in and access facilities. Hosts were incredibly responsive with us, answered our questions, and assisted in every way. Highly recommend!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Santa Marta, Colombia! The location was perfect, just a few blocks from the beach, and offering stunning views. The apartment looked exactly like the pictures. It had a great kitchen and was well-equipped with three working AC units, which kept everything cool and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the beautiful pool and the hot tub, which was perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Wilson, along with Hilda, were incredibly kind and always available to assist with anything we needed. Nearby, there were plenty of restaurants and a few supermarket for any essentials. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

What a great location for the sunset. It was also really nice to have access to the hotel pool. The dryer is hot, so be careful using it. It reduces a lot depending on the material, so be careful. Everything else was good.

an incredible complex, the order and services of the place are incredible. the apartment is very comfortable, quiet and nice. Sandra is attentive to my requirements and very kind. It is important to check the air conditioning in the main room and the dishwasher leak. but in general everything was amazing and with everything you need.
