We felt at home at Massimo's. Everything was as it should be and even better. The house was large, spacious and very clean. Perfect for our family of four family plus a dog. The place is located far from the buildings, so you can relax in peace. The garden was large, perfect for spending time outdoors, and there was a large and clean swimming pool where you could cool off on hot days. The contact with Massimo was without reservations. He always wrote back within a few minutes and if we needed anything, he was always available. In the kitchen, there were basic food products to make coffee and eat something after a long journey. In addition, we received delicious wine, and as soon as it was missing, he always brought new ones. On the last day, we had delicious croissants for breakfast. I highly recommend this home. Everything was perfect. And we hope to return there.

What a wonderful experience! The description of the home was excelled by the reality. It was very clean and tastefully decorated — Anna has an eye for design and art. the three bedrooms easily accommodated us. The large patio with its charming table and vine screened roof was a charming place to enjoy our morning cappuccino. the home is situated in a agricultural community built in 1788, situated in extensive vineyards. The buildings have been thoroughly renovated into a series of private homes. The community contained renters like us, but also young communities and older retirees. We had a chance to get to know people in the neighborhood, who were uniformly friendly. the AirBnB is about 25 minutes away from Arezzo by car. The best place to park we found was in the short term parking at the train station. From there it was just a short walk to the Old Town. Anna was a wonderful and charming host. We recommend this property highly!

We stayed for 3 nights with our two children at Stefano's and we liked it very much! The location was very, very quiet and you could get to the subway very quickly on foot, where we could reach all sights easily The Vatican was within walking distance. The small balcony was really wonderful for sitting outside, where we could enjoy our Prosecco, which was already chilled for us by the host. The apartment was very clean and tidy. We felt completely comfortable! We would come back anytime!

House with a wonderful garden, nestled in the hills of Romagna. It turned out to be the perfect accommodation for us and our dog, who were looking for a quiet place, but a few minutes' drive from the city. The garden (completely fenced) always has large shaded areas during the day. The house has everything you need for both short and long stays: kitchen with plenty of dishes, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and good wifi connection. Mauro is a very active host: we had a small setback during check-in and he resolved it immediately. The ideal solution for those looking for a few days of absolute peace!

What a beautiful place! Great view of the lake. Sergio was incredibly friendly and responsive. He gave us local recommendations and even made us a fruit salad. I will definitely be booking with Sergio again the next time we are in Umbria.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Daniele’s place. This was our favourite place during our trip around Italy, I wish we could have stayed longer. The villa is super peaceful in gorgeous surroundings. Carmine and Gioia were super co-hosts and very welcoming to us. The villa was spotless and beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Although it was out of the city, getting into the city was walkable or a short bus ride away. We would love to come back to stay for longer, thank you Daniele.

What a beautiful little space in the Italian countryside. I am so sad we could not stay longer. We had a wonderful welcome and our stay far exceed our expectations. Our host helped us book dinners every night in local restaurants and we loved the proximity to San Marino and nearby wineries.

Caroline's villa was absolutely stunning. We visited as a family of 8 adults and it was even more beautiful in person. It's completely private with amazing views all around. It's also in a great location to visit other picturesque villages nearby with a car. The pool was a great addition to combat the Tuscan heat. As this is in the countryside, be aware that there will be insects and wildlife. We came across a snake and a scorpion, but that's not an issue with the house, but rather the natural environment. The property manager Bianca greeted us upon arrival. She was super friendly and helpful with tips. And Caroline left us super detailed recommendations for restaurants, itineraries, and wineries. She was always available and friendly. We had an amazing time and would definitely visit again!

This place was truly incredible. The location, the beauty, the pool I enjoyed every moment. I even cried a couple of times from pure happiness. Huge thanks to the hosts for their care and warm hospitality. Everything was spotless, peaceful, and filled with a sense of calm. It truly felt like a little piece of paradise.

The accommodation and especially the garden looks even more beautiful in reality than in the pictures! The location is really beautiful, it is absolutely quiet and you have a breathtaking view of the Tuscan landscape. Perfect for relaxing and enjoying. Ideal suite for those who want to escape from the city and immerse themselves in the greenery of the Marche. The design of the structure is well-finished and suitable for every comfort. The central pool is the highlight of the house, the view of the hills is the crowning glory.

We cannot say thank you enough to Vanessa. so unbelievably helpful and the most wonderful host. Wonderful gifts upon arrival, and very warm welcome. There was rain forecast on the day we planned our Wedding Day, and Vanessa moved heaven and earth to move all the arrangements to another (sunny) day. Cozy cottage in idyllic surroundings, ideal for 2 people, equipped with a lot of attention to detail. Alan is a super good host who has the well-being of his Guests are very important; he always has good tips for excursions and things to do in the area. Good base for walking and mountain biking; if you like, you can relax by the pool afterwards. The pretty medieval town of Gubbio is also (more than) worth a visit!

This place was very nice and beautiful, the scenery was breathtaking and the views were great. Facilities were well kept and it was very peaceful. The animals were also cute. One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever been to.

Our stay here was amazing! The host was extremely friendly and helped us bring our suitcases in when she saw us struggling to bring them up the hill. She gave us a map of the area along with recommendations for restaurants and things to do. She was super communicative and helpful whenever we needed anything! The airbnb is beautiful and I wish we could’ve stayed longer. The view is amazing and we felt super comfortable and welcome. We fell in love with San Marino and will definitely be back with the same hosts and place!

Luciano and his family could not have been more helpful!! The view was amazing and house's wifi worked great as well. The town is less than t minutes away and ot was nice for us to have such a private place to stay as a quite respot while on our italian tour.

Casa Lisa is a rustic, authentic sanctuary away from the hustle of today’s mayhem yet all the everyday amenities are a short driveway. We had a wonderful few days here our hosts went out of their way to ensure we had a lovely time, hopefully we will return in the future.

To assess this property, we must start with the HOST, a professional in every sense. From the minute 0 of the reservation, until the departure; always attentive, very kind and very professional. It is a pleasure to meet serious people and this gives value to the application. The beach house is a paradise in Italy. Easy access, attention to detail, peace, nature, comfort. Our trip was as a family with our two poodles and I think they were the ones who enjoyed the property the most, seeing them run and jump through the green areas of the property and live with many birds, rabbits is priceless. Our daughter enjoyed her stay studying and with the peace and tranquility of the place, it was not difficult for her to concentrate. We, on the other hand, did some sightseeing in the area, all very close and well connected by road. It is a very well-kept, safe property and above all, enjoying its sunset, sitting on a lounger, enjoying a good wine (from the area) is a unique experience. Thank you Maurizio.

We were there for 4 days and it was simply fantastic. The arrival was smooth and Flavia welcomed us very warmly on site. After a short tour of the house and a short briefing, the holiday could begin. A note with restaurant recommendations and excursion destinations was ready on the table. After a short thunderstorm, we had a power outage, but Flavia was immediately available and within 5 minutes we had power again. Shopping and restaurants are easily accessible by car. I can recommend this accommodation to anyone who longs for peace and wants to enjoy nature. We will be happy to come back!

Tommaso and Marta are wonderful hosts. We were greeted with homemade cakes and bread. There is a spa area, we used the pool a few times. A highlight for our daughter was the visit to the fattoria, which we highly recommend for families with children. Tommaso even installed a child seat for the e-bikes. It was wonderful. We recommend it!

Beautiful apartment in a splendid setting like that of the city of Urbino! Located a stone's throw from Piazza della Repubblica, Adalberto's apartment guarantees everything you could need on a vacation. Strategic location in the heart of the city, a stone's throw from places of historical and cultural importance such as the house of Raphael or the Doge's Palace. Absolutely recommended! The stay at the Agriturismo was very pleasant. The host was very kind in providing us with directions to get there and advice on the area. They offered us a delicious cake and jam. The place is very quiet, in the middle of the hills, but Urbino is close and very convenient to reach even by bike. The accommodation was clean and well-equipped, with parking on the property and ample outdoor space. Despite the intense heat of these days, it was comfortable inside. Definitely recommended for those who want to visit the beautiful town of Urbino and its surroundings while staying in a quiet place and without parking problems
