We felt at home at Massimo's. Everything was as it should be and even better. The house was large, spacious and very clean. Perfect for our family of four family plus a dog. The place is located far from the buildings, so you can relax in peace. The garden was large, perfect for spending time outdoors, and there was a large and clean swimming pool where you could cool off on hot days. The contact with Massimo was without reservations. He always wrote back within a few minutes and if we needed anything, he was always available. In the kitchen, there were basic food products to make coffee and eat something after a long journey. In addition, we received delicious wine, and as soon as it was missing, he always brought new ones. On the last day, we had delicious croissants for breakfast. I highly recommend this home. Everything was perfect. And we hope to return there.

What a wonderful experience! The description of the home was excelled by the reality. It was very clean and tastefully decorated — Anna has an eye for design and art. the three bedrooms easily accommodated us. The large patio with its charming table and vine screened roof was a charming place to enjoy our morning cappuccino. the home is situated in a agricultural community built in 1788, situated in extensive vineyards. The buildings have been thoroughly renovated into a series of private homes. The community contained renters like us, but also young communities and older retirees. We had a chance to get to know people in the neighborhood, who were uniformly friendly. the AirBnB is about 25 minutes away from Arezzo by car. The best place to park we found was in the short term parking at the train station. From there it was just a short walk to the Old Town. Anna was a wonderful and charming host. We recommend this property highly!

Tiziana's accommodation is the best you could wish for if you are looking for peace, silence and immersion in nature. Very close to the house, a path leads to a waterfall and in 5 km of uphill you reach the Hermitage of Carpegna. Otherwise, if you are traveling by car, there are many natural and historical places of interest a few kilometers away. If we happen to return to the area, we will be happy to be hosted again by Tiziana.

To assess this property, we must start with the HOST, a professional in every sense. From the minute 0 of the reservation, until the departure; always attentive, very kind and very professional. It is a pleasure to meet serious people and this gives value to the application. The beach house is a paradise in Italy. Easy access, attention to detail, peace, nature, comfort. Our trip was as a family with our two poodles and I think they were the ones who enjoyed the property the most, seeing them run and jump through the green areas of the property and live with many birds, rabbits is priceless. Our daughter enjoyed her stay studying and with the peace and tranquility of the place, it was not difficult for her to concentrate. We, on the other hand, did some sightseeing in the area, all very close and well connected by road. It is a very well-kept, safe property and above all, enjoying its sunset, sitting on a lounger, enjoying a good wine (from the area) is a unique experience. Thank you Maurizio.

House with a wonderful garden, nestled in the hills of Romagna. It turned out to be the perfect accommodation for us and our dog, who were looking for a quiet place, but a few minutes' drive from the city. The garden (completely fenced) always has large shaded areas during the day. The house has everything you need for both short and long stays: kitchen with plenty of dishes, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and good wifi connection. Mauro is a very active host: we had a small setback during check-in and he resolved it immediately. The ideal solution for those looking for a few days of absolute peace!

What a beautiful place! Great view of the lake. Sergio was incredibly friendly and responsive. He gave us local recommendations and even made us a fruit salad. I will definitely be booking with Sergio again the next time we are in Umbria.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Daniele’s place. This was our favourite place during our trip around Italy, I wish we could have stayed longer. The villa is super peaceful in gorgeous surroundings. Carmine and Gioia were super co-hosts and very welcoming to us. The villa was spotless and beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Although it was out of the city, getting into the city was walkable or a short bus ride away. We would love to come back to stay for longer, thank you Daniele.

What a beautiful little space in the Italian countryside. I am so sad we could not stay longer. We had a wonderful welcome and our stay far exceed our expectations. Our host helped us book dinners every night in local restaurants and we loved the proximity to San Marino and nearby wineries.

This place is even more beautiful than the photos show! We are travelling round Italy for our honeymoon and this has been our highlight. Probably the loveliest Airbnb I've ever stayed in. Luxurious room and house, idyllic pool and grounds, incredible views and a delicious breakfast each day. I'd definitely recommend opting for breakfast - this was a fresh, thoughtful selection served in the house's exquisite dining room, a perfect start to the day. Francesca was friendly, helpful and accommodating, arranging for our check in an hour early and helping us with a taxi to the station at the end of our trip. Thank you for such a sublime stay!

This place was truly incredible. The location, the beauty, the pool I enjoyed every moment. I even cried a couple of times from pure happiness. Max’s place is beautiful like a dream. The accommodation is tastefully furnished with Tuscan charm. The interior is equipped with high quality cooking utensils and tablewares in the kitchen, comfortable bed, and sparkling clean bathroom. We enjoyed marveling at the beautiful wooden beam ceiling and terracotta tile floor. The exterior is elegant, well maintained, and exudes a pride in the care-taking of the property. Max and his wife Pamela were genuinely kind and helpful, and we enjoyed every interaction with them. It felt like talking with family. The location is convenient to explore central Tuscany. We made many day trips from Podere Il Belvedere su Cortona. Every time coming back to Max’s place felt like coming home!

We cannot say thank you enough to Vanessa. so unbelievably helpful and the most wonderful host. Wonderful gifts upon arrival, and very warm welcome. There was rain forecast on the day we planned our Wedding Day, and Vanessa moved heaven and earth to move all the arrangements to another (sunny) day. It's the most beautiful Villa, in wonderful surroundings, and the best Host ever - my family now call her Saint Vanessa! Thank you!! x

This place was very nice and beautiful, the scenery was breathtaking and the views were great. Facilities were well kept and it was very peaceful. The animals were also cute. One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever been to.

Our stay here was amazing! The host was extremely friendly and helped us bring our suitcases in when she saw us struggling to bring them up the hill. She gave us a map of the area along with recommendations for restaurants and things to do. She was super communicative and helpful whenever we needed anything! The airbnb is beautiful and I wish we could’ve stayed longer. The view is amazing and we felt super comfortable and welcome. We fell in love with San Marino and will definitely be back with the same hosts and place!

Amazing little town, we made a stop on our way to Bari from Milan to split the distance and we did not regret it! The house is beautiful and very well designed, decorated with high aesthetics. It’s perfectly located in the old town although getting in and out with the car and the luggage was a challenge due to several works on the road where you need to deviate and then you just get stuck in the town’s small roads. The food recommendations were top notch and we would definitely consider revisiting. One thing to keep in mind, there is no air conditioning, Alessandro provided us with a fan but in hot days if you are heat-sensitive as we are you might find it difficult to sleep well! Overall the experience was so good that we actually enjoyed it!

The house has a great Italian atmosphere, with all the comforts and very excellent furnishings. When it's hot, you can enjoy the beautiful landscape in the shade on the terrace or have breakfast together in the morning sun. We were six on vacation here for 10 days, we saw a lot and we received answers to all the questions from Nilvana and her daughter Laura. We were also supported with a necessary repair of the car. The highlight was the private tour of the olive oil mill for us, during which we naturally stocked up on olive oil. The location is also excellent - the sea is about an hour away, San Marino and/or Urbina and Urbino are about 30 minutes away. The accommodation and especially the garden looks even more beautiful in reality than in the pictures! The location is really beautiful, it is absolutely quiet and you have a breathtaking view of the Tuscan landscape. Perfect for relaxing and enjoying. The hostess was also super nice, helpful and warm! We will definitely come back:-)

We were there for 4 days and it was simply fantastic. The arrival was smooth and Flavia welcomed us very warmly on site. After a short tour of the house and a short briefing, the holiday could begin. A note with restaurant recommendations and excursion destinations was ready on the table. After a short thunderstorm, we had a power outage, but Flavia was immediately available and within 5 minutes we had power again. Shopping and restaurants are easily accessible by car. I can recommend this accommodation to anyone who longs for peace and wants to enjoy nature. We will be happy to come back!

Tommaso and Marta are wonderful hosts. We were greeted with homemade cakes and bread. There is a spa area, we used the pool a few times. A highlight for our daughter was the visit to the fattoria, which we highly recommend for families with children. Tommaso even installed a child seat for the e-bikes. It was wonderful. We recommend it!

The place was a 10/10! We felt incredibly comfortable, the communication was great and very friendly. We would 100% recommend it. We were able to relax a lot, it was very clean and the kitchen was perfectly equipped. Thank you for everything!
