Holiday rentals with beach access in Urbanización Puerto de Estepona

Agree with all the previous 5* reviews. Ignacio was helpful, flexible about check in and out and the apartment is well equipped and spotless. What adds to its appeal is the location, right by the beach, old town and a wide variety of restaurants. But top of the list is the amazing large and well furnished terrace with stunning views. We have no hesitation in recommending el Ático to anyone wanting to stay in beautiful Estepona

The host is super kind, responsive and considerate. The place is exactly as it is described - great sea view, clean and tidy. The Rock of Gibraltar can be seen from the bed and garden on a clear day. It is also close to the Kai Alde bus stop that can be reached by E1/L1 bus from Estepona bus station.

Lovely place to stay, best thing about it is the garden which is really beautiful. It is right on the promenade to walk into the old town and many beaches. The pool is gated so safe for small children. Very friendly neighbours to share the pool with, which was really quiet in May anyway. My only negative is that the apartment is full with room fragrances and air fresheners in every room, and if you don't like them it's quite over powering, we collected them all and put them in a cupboard! But this comes down to personal preference. The kitchen is really well stocked and well equipped! I would recommend to anyone wanting an easy holiday with a very convenient and brilliant supermarket around the corner! Nela was really responsive to messages which was really helpful. Amazing views, next to a good beach, not far from lots of restaurants, plenty of public transport into the town centre, but a pleasant walk if you fancy the exercise. Car parking was a problem as we arrived on a busy weekend and all the spaces were taken until later in the evening, but after that no problem. The welcome drinks pack was well received and much appreciated after a long drive. Would definitely consider a return visit in the future

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment. It's very spacious and well-equipped and it was spotlessly clean. We particularly loved the huge terraces and amazing views! The beds were super comfy and it was so quiet at night which was great. We could also easily walk to the beaches and old town and it was a huge bonus to have such lovely swimming pools to cool off in after a long day exploring. Our boys loved the games, puzzles and loom bands too! Markus and Juan were so helpful with any questions we had and we would love to return one day in the future as it was just perfect there for everything we needed.

The apartment was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything you might need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, and it felt like a home away from home. Just hope it will be available when we decide to book it again. Very nice accommodation, modern and stylishly furnished, beautiful view, pool directly in front of the terrace, access to the Paseo, 5 min to Estepona City, private parking, good contact with the host, uncomplicated check-in. Also very suitable for families.

The house was beautiful, exactly as in the pictures and in the description. Mikael was super friendly and attentive, there was even a delicious welcome package with drinks and everything for a drink. That was a great surprise! The pool was heated, very nice in April. Walking distance to the sea, supermarket and nice beach bars. In short, a recommendation to stay!

Clare’s home is in a lovely location, right by the beach. Easy to reach restaurants and tourist spots. The home was spotlessly clean and has everything you need. Clare was very responsive and communicated all instructions clearly, and provided helpful local recommendations.

I stayed at Charlottes place 19 days in April 2025. This accommodation boasts one of the most ideal locations in all of the Casco Viejo! Very close to everything you want and yet quiet and peaceful. A rare combination! The bed is very comfortable and the WIFI is strong and steady. Excellent bathroom. Well fitted kitchen. I hope it's available when I return in the future.

A lovely, small house with amazing views over to Gibraltar and beyond. It felt like being in the real Spain.

Nacho was a wonderful host! We had a little public utility issue and he immediately responded which impressed me and always responded to my texts within the hour. The house was perfect for this group of 7- spacious and lovely! The pool was wonderful too. We were a 5 minute uber ride from all the action at the beach and a quick 10 min uber ride from Nobu and Cipriani. By the way Ubers are super cheap there and always came within 5 minutes! Great location, great house, great host!

We stayed for 3 nights during may. Lovely weather, lovely house, lovely backyard. The house is beautiful, the linen felt like new, the kitchen is very spacious, the living room is very cozy. Only issue is we did spot a cockroach, which is understandable for a warm city. Beach is not so pretty but very private.

It hasn't happened yet that everything was tip-top. 👏😊 Everything great. Owner very nice and friendly. Living as described. Everything super clean. We will definitely come back. 😊 Thanks so much

A very nice apartment prefect for couples with lots to do in Calahonda and short taxi rides to the surrounding areas, great private roof with great facilities.

From the first moment Maribel was attentive to our arrival, we came for a family trip and the apartment is very comfortable, it does not lack anything and the best thing is the location 3 minutes walk from the beach 100% recommended

Absolutely fantastic apartment in a great location in Estepona, with incredible views of the city, mountains and sea. Extremely modern and comfortable inside. Maria and Ana were responsive and communicative during our stay. We would definitely stay again.

Very nice apartment in a beautiful and peaceful complex. It has two large swimming pools, and the apartment balcony overlooks the first one. You also get a sea view—slightly limited, but still beautiful. The parking spot is the best I’ve ever had—just a few steps to the lift, and you step out right next to your door. Only a 5-minute drive to Estepona, which I highly recommend visiting. It’s also not far from Ronda—just a 1 hour 30 minute drive through stunning scenery. I also really liked the apartment’s smart automation—everything was very well set up. To make an absolutely perfect stay, I would suggest adding a pod coffee machine and a toaster. Overall, I highly recommend it.

Loved our stay at Jesus’ place - it is beautifully presented and even better in person than in the pictures. Had everything we needed and appreciated the extra touches like water, crisps cans of drink etc on arrival - very thoughtful. The place is a great location - equal distance to old town and puerto banus so not too expensive by cab either way. The terrace is so gorgeous with lovely views and the pool is also lovely, clean and quiet. We will definitely be coming back.

This is a great apartment on the beachfront with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. The host was very attentive.
