Il est idéalement situé, proche de toutes les commodités (commerces, restaurants, etc.), ce qui a grandement facilité notre quotidien. Alles in Allem war alles gut. Der Zugang zur Unterkunft war flexibel. Sie war sauber und hatte alles was man benötigt. Für das Leihfahrzeug hatten wir einen sicheren abschliessbaren Parkplatz. In direkter Nähe gibt es einen Sandstrand und nette lokale. Auch gibt es Fussläufig Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Zudem ist der Ort sehr zentral um schnell mal zu den umliegenden grösseren Städten zu gelangen. Die Kommunikation mit Carlos war einwandfrei. Er ist sehr freundlich und antwortet schnell. Top 👍🏼 wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt

A beautiful apartment located right outside the ocean in Marbella. Thank you Rafael for the great service. The unit was very nice and clean and is located is in a beautiful area. Super easy check in and friendly atmosphere all throughout the building. I highly recommend!

Cher and Jose are wonderful hosts and their property is lovely. Spent a week there, loved it and will certainly be going back in the future. Didn’t see a cloud in the sky and the pool was just perfect to dip in and out of to stay cool. Walked to the Marina every night for food and now starting our diets ready for our next trip! 🤣 Thanks again Cher - lovely seeing you again and see you again soon. 😎

Carlos’s apartment is top class.. It has every utensil you can think of.. My wife said that even the hair dryer was of a very good quality. the air con was very good also which was needed as the temperatures hit 38 degrees Celsius during our stay.. The apartment and bathroom are very spacious with a very large walk-in shower in which the flow of water was very powerful.. you are approx 60 meters from the promenade walkway and the beach.. you are an approx 1km walk from the middle of old town square.. the bus stop and taxi rank are also very close the main gate of apartment block.. we met Carlos and wife on our check out who are lovely people and were very prompt on responding to our questions.. we will definitely be back to stay here..

We had a great holiday in this well presented and well appointed villa. The property is very much as you see on the photos - smart, modern and spotlessly clean. The location is also great - in the heart of the Marbesa urbanization, with easy access to the beach and all of its lovely restaurants. Comms were excellent from start to finish. Highly recommended, and would definitely return.

El departamento está situado justo en el área turística de Puerto Banus, un departamento muy moderno y con todas las amenidades que necesites, caminando están muchas tiendas y restaurantes y la playa a unos cuantos pasos, el host fue siempre fácil de comunicar y la llegada igual fácil de encontrar y de entrar, muy recomendable.

Wij verbleven als gezin met twee kids en dat was heel goed te doen! Cynthia regelde voor ons zonder extra kosten een ledikantje voor onze baby van drie maanden. Kinderstoel niet aanwezig, maar die was ook niet nodig. Alles zag er heel goed uit, eigenlijk nog beter dan op de foto’s. Een minpuntje was het zwembad wat weinig schaduw plekken heeft, maar daar kan Cynthia niks aan doen. Echt heel dicht bij het strand, alleen strand vonden we wat minder kindvriendelijk en schoon. Wij gingen op aanraden naar cabopino, bij Cacoa beach bar ligbedden gehuurd echt aanrader. Fijne 10 dagen gehad! Dankjewel Cynthia

This was a great apartment, we were here for 6 weeks and felt completely at home. Any questions we had were answered immediately by Angelika or Alfonso, they made us feel like family. The building itself and the residents were so welcoming and friendly and the little cafe and Chiringuito (beach bar/restaurant) right on the property were fabulous. The easy access to the boardwalk was a plus we walked it so many times , and you would never tire of the spectacular view from the apartment. The pool was beautiful even though the weather did not permit entry , too early in the year. Tennis courts were fun. We cooked, we drank, we travelled, it was a great home away from home. Groceries store in minutes, bus to Marbella and opposite way to Fuengirola right outside the front door. If you are on the fence, just book it. Tolle, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit traumhafter Aussicht! Jens ist ein freundlicher, guter Gastgeber und hat immer umgehend kommuniziert. Die Wohnung kann ich nur empfehlen!

We had a wonderful week staying at Atilla’s studio beach flat, it was exactly as described. The apartment was cosy, spotless, and peaceful, with a great sea view from the balcony. We were even lucky enough to spot dolphins passing by in the distance, which made that evening extra special. Ati was a great host very accommodating with our arrival and departure times, and provided clear, helpful instructions for a smooth check-in. He also checked in midweek to make sure everything was going well, which we really appreciated. The private gardens and grounds were beautifully maintained, and we often had the pool entirely to ourselves. The location was perfect too just a short stroll to the beach via the scenic boardwalk and only five minutes to the nearest Mercadona for essentials. I worked remotely each morning and had no issues at all with the WiFi it was fast and reliable. Overall, it was the ideal spot for a relaxing, quiet break with everything we needed.

Quelle vue! L’endroit n’est pas très grand mais tout à fait fonctionnel et comme décrit dans l’annonce. Pas besoin d’aller au restaurant avec une terrasse pareille, l’endroit est un petit coin de paradis. Merci à Veerle pour son accueil 🌞

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely accommodation. The apartment and facilities are beautifully maintained and include all the amenities needed for a comfortable and convenient stay. The hosts were incredibly communicative and helpful, providing support along the way and ensuring we felt welcome from the start. Their thoughtfully curated local guidebook was a great touch—it helped us explore the area with ease, much of it by foot. The location is peaceful yet close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. A perfect spot for a relaxing and memorable vacation. Highly recommend!

Andrea was great. She met us at check in and explained everything we needed to know. She was great with recommendations and was contactable throughout our stay. The apartment is very clean, spacious and a lovely pool. All facilities exactly what we needed with an amazing sea view and large balcony. Plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. This was exactly what we needed! The place instantly felt like home, was super convenient with the supermarket next door and beach a few steps away and it looks just like the pictures/has everything you need. Niki was amazing in terms of communication, even down to delivery a brand new hoover during our stay when we said the one there had broken. Would highly recommend for a relaxed Spanish beach holiday!

Genuinely one of the nicest AirBnB’s I’ve ever stayed in, incredible views over the ocean from your bed, beautiful little pool to cool off in, roof terrace to chill out on. Walkable within 5 mins to restaurants and the beach, and an easy walk into Malaga central. Carmen and her daughters were fantastic hosts, and we both really hope to come back soon.

Virginias Wohnung ist absolut traumhaft! Perfekt zum Wohlfühlen, gut erreichbar und eine tolle Lage! Der Austausch mit Virginia selbst war wunderbar. Muitos pontos positivos! Casa tem móveis piscina e quartos e cozinha completa! Mais Utensílios talvez seja necessário para caso precisa cozinhar mais dias e mais coisas. As praias não são tão próximas, mas muito acessível via automóvel! Lugar tranquilo! Fomos em Maio ainda por mais que só dias são quentes a água da piscina e do mar na região de Minas, Fuengirola e Marbella ainda são bem frias!

Wonderful accommodation! Stayed here for a week in June with our two teenage children and we are all so very happy. Beautiful and clean accommodation with a magical view and a nice beach promenade in front of the house. Coming home here after excursions during the day always felt so peaceful and cozy. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we wanted. Air conditioning and blackout curtains made it very easy to sleep. The parking space in the house was also very convenient. Ronnay was an exemplary and responsive host who got in touch and checked to make sure we were satisfied. And being welcomed with a luxurious basket felt incredibly generous. We can highly recommend this place.

Tolle Lage mit einzigartigem Blick auf das Meer. Bei geöffneter Tür kannst du tatsächlich mit dem Rauschen der Wellen einschlafen und aufwachen – ein echtes Highlight. Ich war allein in der Unterkunft, was in Ordnung war. Für zwei, geschweige denn drei Personen, ist sie jedoch definitiv zu klein und eng. Das Hauptbett eignet sich nur für eine Person. Tolle Kommunikation und Tipps der beiden Gastgeber.

Fantastic place to stay, we had a great week. Easy to get their eiither train/bus or taxi straight their. So much space, so clean and had everything you need for a great stay. Having the pool to use was also great and we did go in every day. Beautiful walk both ways on the boardwalk.
