Holiday rentals with beach access in Urbanizatión Alcazaba Beach, Estepona

Lovely apartment, and lovely host. Apartment was nice,clean, and just like the photos and the host Lola was very friendly and responsive. My family and I enjoyed our stay.

The apartment was outstanding and perfect location for what we needed. The photos don’t do it justice, spotlessly clean and really quiet. Would highly recommend and will return.

May 10 - 19 2025. This is an awesome couples apartment. Aitana met us shortly after our arrival and showed us around the apartment and gave us one set of keys. It appears to have been recently renovated. The kitchenette is as shown, with a large fridge freezer, washing machine, induction hob and microwave oven. A bottle of water, tea bags, coffee and sugar were provided. The living area is as shown with a comfortable sofa/futon and the tv has Spanish channels only. I tested the wifi and it never dipped below 300Mb. This is the only space that is air conditioned. The bedroom has a large bed (5ft/1.5M wide) which I found quite firm but my partner was happy with it. There is ample hanging space in the wardrobe. The bathroom is adequate. Be aware it is a very small room. The shower is a good size with a lighted shelf and good water pressure. We both thought the WC was a bit low. Very relaxing stay in a condo complex on the beach. Quiet neighbours and a very beautiful view from the rooftop patio to watch the ocean which we used mostly in the evening when the sun was going down and the temperature was cooler. The apartment was great with plenty of space and everything you need to make the stay enjoyable. Very clean and the bed was comfortable. We loved using both the pool and the ocean to relax by every day. Easy 15 minute walk to "the village" with great restaurants or short trip into Marbella for more to explore. Highly recommended!

This is the most beautiful apartment we have ever stayed in. It's unique, clean, modern, with an unforgettable view. The host took care of us in every aspect, from check-in to our departure. He was in constant contact with us, recommended shops, restaurants, and other places. It was a pity to leave this apartment, it was a memorable time. Thank you ❤️❤️❤️

It was fantastically beautiful. You immediately felt at home in the studio, which was furnished with attention to detail. I immediately noticed the wonderful smell when you enter the apartment. Even the towels and bed linen smelled fantastic. It was very clean. Noemi immediately welcomed us warmly, as if we had known each other forever. We had fresh bread, margarine, jam and fresh water provided. The view is unparalleled. And it's all just like in the photos. We would recommend everyone to book their stay there.

Great location. Walking distance to old town Marbella and the seafront with lots of restaurant choices close by. Had a lovely private outdoor area which we used a lot. Friendly and very helpful host!

I really enjoyed my stay in the penthouse of Oceana Gardens in Estepona. The apartment was really beautifully decorated and equipped with every conceivable comfort. Everything was clean, modern and comfortable, which made the stay very pleasant. There is a spacious balcony and if you sat there you had a view of the mountains and the sea in the distance. The area is wonderfully quiet, ideal to relax. The presence of a gym was a nice bonus for me. For those who love good food, there is a good restaurant La Famillia within walking distance that is absolutely worth a visit. A car is recommended, because then you are in about 15 to 20 minutes in the center of Estepona, where you will find plenty of restaurants and the beach. In short, a perfect stay if you are looking for luxury, tranquility and comfort in a beautiful environment. I will definitely be happy to come back!

I stayed at Charlottes place 19 days in April 2025. This accommodation boasts one of the most ideal locations in all of the Casco Viejo! Very close to everything you want and yet quiet and peaceful. A rare combination! The bed is very comfortable and the WIFI is strong and steady. Excellent bathroom. Well fitted kitchen. I hope it's available when I return in the future.

We had an extremely relaxing stay. The townhouse was very private, quiet location yet perfect old town access. Our only issue would be the bed size being a double, not ideal when sharing with husband at 6’2 😛

A lovely, small house with amazing views over to Gibraltar and beyond. It felt like being in the real Spain.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, the apartment is lovely and is in a great location in centre of town, but still in a nice quiet street. Easy access to shops, beach and many restaurants. Perfect.

Highly recommend this villa and Nacho was a brilliant host. Can’t fault anything about the place.

Lovely penthouse with amazing terrace. We also appreciated the comfortable bed the silence at night. Best of all were Shauna and Susan. We particularly valued the personal welcome. To top it all, they provided us with torch, water and powerbank when power was 6 hours down.

This is a great apartment on the beachfront with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. The host was very attentive.
