Lovely accommodation in a quiet neighborhood close to center of town and a supermarket and bakery. Beautiful views from each of the balconies. Stayed a week in this beautiful castle. The building and the pool were perfect in hot Italy in August. Would have loved to know more about the history of the place too.

The apartment has a prime location. There is an open air paid parking 7 min walk from the apartment. You can park your car for € 6. 50 daily. There is a big fish and farm market right next to the parking lot which was very convenient. We had a very nice stay. Thank you, Lorenzo

This was my second stay here and I hope to stay here whenever possible during my visits to Italy. Senigallia is a lovely little seaside town that has not had the overwhelming crowds that a lot of seaside towns have. The apartment is immaculately clean and furnished with absolutely everything one could need! It isn't a large apartment, yet there is plentiful storage for luggage and supplies for any length of stay. The large beautiful terrace doubles the space and has wonderful views of the beach and sea. The real reason I love it so much though is because of Maria, Diego, and little Tommy. They are absolutely the best hosts I could ever imagine. You can tell that they want their guests to be comfortable and happy and to have the best stay possible. I'm so thankful for how welcoming they are and look forward to seeing them again as much if not more than I'm looking forward to my next Italian vacation!

We stayed 3 weeks in this fantastically located house. Lying on the terrace and listening to the birds, hikes in the adjacent nature reserve are just incredibly beautiful. And those who like life and cities are really in good hands in Pesaro, Urbino, Rimini etc. The nearby house beach is quiet and ideal. The house is simply and functionally furnished just like a country house. So, we'd come back any time. Thank you very much for the very kind care.

Loretta was very helpful and kind, she offered us much more than was included in the package (water, fruit and sweets). The cottage is well maintained and tidy with ample parking and a beautiful garden full of flowers and plants.

Stay at apartment hosted by Kristian and Gabriele was exellent. Place was clean, peaceful, hosts were kind and there was breakfast provided. We visited advised restaurant and it was one of the best dinners I had in Italy. We also made a little walk around the hills.

We are welcomed by Silvia's mother, very nice, helpful and caring, she makes you feel at ease. A little bit the mom of all guests. The town of Gabicce Monte is very quiet but with great restaurants, pizzerias and gelaterias where you can spend the evenings. Recommended for everyone.

A modern, clean apt with good wifi & parking right outside. Lots of clothes hangers & shelf space. Located on a quiet residential street, about 5 minutes walk to the edge of the historic center and places to eat & drink, 10 minutes to a large Coop supermarket. Mariella the host is very friendly and lives nearby & quickly responds to questions, etc. This is an excellent place to stay and explore Urbino, and also to easily drive to other interesting nearby towns.

I stayed in this house in Fano with my family and we had a great time. The apartment is nice, comfortable and located in the center, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the roofs of the historic center — really evocative! Giacomo and Alberto were always available and kind, they also provided us with bicycles to move around comfortably and allowed us to leave the house calmly on the morning of departure. A very pleasant stay, we recommend it!

We had a very nice family vacation. The house is nice, but especially the garden is wonderful. The view is great. Close to nice villages. The contact with Fabio is very nice. We arrived around midnight and were personally greeted, given a tour and explanation of the house and the area. Contacted several times during the week. Went very well. Definitely recommended to go and have a nice time with family or friends!

Absolutely beautiful place to stay. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed, and the pool and terraces are stunning, with incredible views - even better than the pictures.

Enrico is an exceptional host! He contacted me in advance to make sure the trip was going well and, upon arrival, he was there waiting for me. He showed me the apartment carefully and was immediately available for any need. During my stay, he wrote to me several times to see if everything was okay or if I needed anything. Our stay at Gino's House in Gubbio was a real delight! Daniela and Gino's warm welcome made us feel like longtime friends. The accommodation, nestled in the greenery, was impeccably clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The pool, a haven of peace, allowed us to relax after our days of sightseeing. The location is ideal, close to the historic center of Gubbio while being quiet. Gino and Daniela gave us great tips for discovering the region, enriching our stay with beautiful tours. During our two weeks, we particularly enjoyed the cooking class offered by our hosts, where we learned how to make fresh pasta while sharing a friendly moment. We will keep an unforgettable memory of this experience and highly recommend this place to all lovers of authentic Italy. The place is lovely. The views are formidable and the apartment is very nice. The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful, the service is personalized and they make you feel at home. It's a very quiet and beautiful area. Highly recommended accommodation!

Mr. Roberto was helpful,kind and flexible with check-in and check-out times, communication was quick and easy via mobile number via chat. We really appreciated the accommodation corresponding to the description, with attention to detail in a rustic style with a particular decor inside with memorabilia of a past life, simple and functional, located in a quiet area near the historic center of Piagge, very nice even for a walk with the dog. We also appreciated the surprises of the house, a very good dove with a kit for travel nails (for the sister), brioches for breakfast, and various snacks in the fridge. The area is quite well served next to the accommodation you can find a very good pizzeria and just ahead there is a practical tobacco bar with pharmacy next door highly recommended.

Absolutely beautiful apartment centrally located. Very tastefully decorated and well equipped. The kitchen was very well stocked and we were able to make a couple of meals. The location was perfect, walking distance to everything and having parking onsite was fabulous. The three terraces were wonderful and we enjoyed our morning coffee and evening wine on them! We would definitely stay there again! It was perfect for us! Alberto was the best host! He was so helpful from receiving a package for me to recommending restaurants etc!
