Resort conveniences, aesthetic accommodations. Recommended if you’re looking for a place to chill in Mangatarem. The cabin itself felt cozy and had just the right look on the outside. Air conditioning was available though I think the electric fan can be sufficient during colder months. Parking was easy and ample. Staff was great, all my needs were attended to as well as my requests for food and souvenirs to buy, with a very reasonable delivery fee. Breakfast and dinner were good and filling. The atchara was just right and not overpowering. Would go back here, especially to give the swimming options a try.

The place was perfect for a get-away for the family but what sealed the deal was they are pet friendly. The place has a rustic charm and it felt good to be away from the noise of the city and enjoy the quiet farm life. The kids enjoyed the pool and the dogs enjoyed exploring the surroundings. However they are far from supermarkets so it is advisable that you bring anything you might need. Kuya Jong the caretaker is also very helpful and is always around to assist. Phoebe is always very responsive to queries as well and even tried to help us by reviewing CCTV footage when we thought we lost our dog. All-in-all if you want a charming place to stay for solitude this is highly recommended.

We're really glad we found Ms. Jianna's place. It's exactly what we wanted for a relaxing staycation in Pangasinan. Tranquil ambience and scenery from their guesthouse and cold wind was blowing throughout the day kaya hindi ramdam ang init ng panahon. Ms. Jianna was also quick to respond to our messages and provided helpful info during our check-in which made the navigation easy. Kudos as well to Ms. Marissa for the maintenance of the place. Especially the toilet and bathroom. Solid! Coming from allergic peeps, we never had allergy attacks during our 2 night stay. Goes to show na malinis talaga yung lugar. No cob webs, nooks and crannies were visibly wiped before our stay. Even with 3 years of operation, the place still looks pristine. The bed linens, mattresses and pillows are also of high quality. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay here again next time! Lalo na pag mas developed na siya.

It was my first time to book a place to stay-in thru air bnb and I am truly thankful to our hosts ( Roy & Tim) for making the experience satisfactory. I truly appreciate how responsive they are to my quests for more info regarding directions around the city including transpo options before and during our stay in their property in Dagupan City. The place was perfect for our need of accomodation for 2nights and 3 days. The place was clean, no bugs at all! (they even accomodated my request for an early check-in thinking we would be arriving earlier than the check-in time), the airconditioning (in the bedroom) was superb , very cold, there's a water heater in the shower. There were towels, shampoo and conditi0ner( although we brought our own), dishwashing soap, spoon fork, plates and mugs, and mops and broom ( yeah, for moms like me who likes keeping things clean its a welcome provision😅). I have to mention also that checking in and checking out was a breeze. Jollibee, chowking is near ♥

I won't stay anywhere else when I'm in Dagupan/Bonuan. The property is well maintained, quiet, and secure. Jeepneys to town are available in front of the property. There is a great bakery down the street, and there's a brand new Jollibee and grocery store within walking distance. The living space is extremely clean and comfortable. There is a well-equipped kitchen. Nena is extremely helpful and friendly. Lunch or dinner at Matutina's- the one in Tondaligan. Sunset. Snacks at the food shacks by the "Tondaligan" sign. Repeat.

Generally, the property was superb. The host and their katiwala is super accomodating and responsive when you have concerns. Few areas to improve. Landmarks for the location. Don’t trust waze. Just call their katiwala once you get near the landmarks so you don’t get confused. Naghanap kami sa property for like an hour. Maybe give more landmark like yung blue water tank ng Manaoag (right side), if you see that you’ll be near the property. The shortcut road going to the property is super rough, if you have a car like us (Vios) I highly suggest ask for the road na hindi rough. It’s just 1km or 1.5km far from the property but your engine will thank you. Super mabato ang road. Water line. Hindi naman super hina ng pressure ng water, isolated lang siguro yung case namin na nawalan kami ng tubig during our stay. But the host and their katiwala was accomodating to address our concern kahit sobrang gabi na. Overall super bait nila and accomodating, they even gave us a box of mangga 😁
