O quarto de dormir (colchão Ema) fica no mezanino. Um decke em torno do chalé completa o espaço, rodeado de verde da floresta de araucária e do jardim. Para conviver com o frio existe um calefator e a lenha necessária. Existe outra casa no terreno. O lugar fica a 10km do Bairro Esquina de Urubici, ou a 8,5 km do portal Caminhos da Colônia.
