We love the stay, the house has a wonderful access to the beach, with a paradise view. The beach is very clean and wonderful for bathing. The house is spacious and meets the listing description accurately.

Our period of stay at Rafaele's place was exceptional..irreproachable. The hostess is kind to the extreme, careful as few. Nael, the housekeeper/caretaker, is helpful, polite and humorous. The schedule for us to return is already on our agenda. For those who want to enjoy a quiet beach and still have the comfort of a well-structured house, there is no mistake.

We love the house, it is exactly as in the description, super comfortable, close to the beach, complete with many utensils. For those looking for rest, the beach is great, calm and beautiful. We were welcomed by Maria, a great person, attentive and ready to help us in everything. Rute also always ready and quick in the messages we send to answer questions. We recommend with your eyes closed.

This home was a find. Let's go back for sure. For a fair price, the house offers all the amenities a family needs for rest days. Very close to the beach...my children went alone to the beach. Wonderful scenery this beach. Well equipped kitchen, large rooms, balcony with network available. Even has a garden with spices and teas. I will return next year with a larger class, as the house accommodates two to three families well. Thanks Isabela !!! Year next I'll be back.

The house is very well maintained, spacious and met our needs well during the stay. The only point that deserves attention was the mattress and bed linen, which were damp and smelling of mold, probably due to the sea. We take everything to the laundry so you can use it more comfortably. Apart from that, we had a good experience and the place has a lot of potential.

We stayed for a week at Wallace's beach house. He and his wife were kind and punctual with us. Always willing to assist us in the necessary things of the house.The local and good ,quiet, and the beach is beautiful.Super recommend it.

Our experience at Eusinio's place was excellent! We were delighted with the house, all household utensils, clean bedding, standing on the sand.. we spent 10 days of great peace and rest! The highlight of the house is the housekeeper Carlos! Extremely proactive! Everything I needed to fix it was right away. An honest person and willing not to ruin our holidays! Helida is a super attentive host, with valuable tips from the area, which since before the stay, has maintained a helpful and quiet dialogue. The house is clean, well located, with super-equipped kitchen, especially since it has the wonderful Gilma, which makes amazing Bahian foods and is a super nice company. The house is inside a condo, with others nearby. Hélida's house is the one with the best care garden, which maintains good visual privacy of the other houses. The condominium is foot in the sand.

A spacious and beautiful house, everything very well cared for and ready to enjoy. The place is remote and private but safe, and Sergio is always kind and attentive. Communication flowed very well. I would return without hesitation.

The chale is in a large, yet quiet and safe condominium, by the sea and through its leisure area the guest has access to a beautiful beach! It's very comfortable There we spend good times with the reunited family! I recommend it!

Beautiful stay. Flower and Augustus were attentive from the start, communication has always been clear and easy. The house is spacious, corresponds with the advertisement, and the outside area is a delight (good pool, large barbecue area, hammocks, swings, grass, all very well taken care). We went in 9 people and accommodated us well. All rooms have a bathroom and air conditioning, the bed and bath linens were clean and smelling. I recommend the accommodation. We hope to return soon!

A perfect house in the middle of the Atlantic Forest, where good taste and care even the details go hand in hand with the respect and pleasure of receiving that Debóra and her husband make evident. Super recommend. A wonderful stay, next to some of the most beautiful beaches in the world, with a warm and clear sea. New and large house. Designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Attention to all details (swimming pool, umbrellas and chairs, furniture, bathroom finishes, house security) and a lot of attention also from the caretaker Bruno. The location is very good, at the same distance from Ilhéus and Itacaré, which you can enjoy the area if you are going to stay for many days. The local beach is very close to the house, has long strip of white sand and good sea for bathing.

We spent a wonderful month at "The cosy beachhouse" The house was better than the photos, some may find Bahia a little under developed, but we love it, would stay again in a second. Waking up to the sound of the waves then a 1 min walk to the beach for a morning stroll and then a swim in the ocean. paradise. thankyou for a wonderful stay, we hope to return again soon.

We went to Carnival, 3 families with children, the house accommodated us well and we had happy days at Sam's house. Impeccable outdoor space, nice garden, well cared for, facing a beautiful beach where even a river had it and the children loved it. The house has a delicious balcony, with comfortable furniture, black-out curtain rooms, beds and comfortable pillows. Sam was a kind, efficient and flexible host, helped us find a cook to accommodate our need, and was also kind to check in time. Improvement points are: 1) kitchen needs a very precise organization and review of utensils in general and sanitation. 2) bath towels, are small and also the overall quality of them needs to be better suited to the standard of the house ( and the price charged). The pool is functional, more like a water mirror. It was not an issue for us, but it is worth scoring for other guests. I thank and congratulate Sam for the accommodation in his home.

I just have reason to thank and compliment, my family and I had a great stay, Marçal was wonderful, even from afar she ran after and organized everything in the best way to welcome us and always showed a lot of concern with every detail, from before we arrived, during the stay and even after the departure, always asking if we were well accommodated and if everything was okay, the house is very cozy and very close to the beach, super clean and smelly bedding and a full kitchen with everything we need, insects and mosquitoes did not bother us, hammocks available to relax on the balcony, in short it was a great choice that made our trip much more pleasant and simple to solve all the details. We will return more often and recommend it!
