Cocina equipada con vitrocerámica, lavadora, horno, microondas y lavavajillas. A 18 minutos a pie del centro de la ciudad, a 20 minutos a pie de la playa de la Zurriola y 25 minutos a pie del casco viejo. ¡Tambien se puede coger el autobus n. 9 cada 15 minutos en frente del apartamento que lleva al centro!

The apartment is very conveniently located in the center of town. The connections are excellent. Bus stop 20 meters away in both directions towards San Sebastián and Irun. “Topo” line (similar to the metro) 100 meters away, towards San Sebastián and Endaia (France). Renfe station for any rail connection. Errenteria is a town with a lot of social and cultural life. The tourist office is 50 meters away. We don't have a beach, you have to take a bus and travel 6 km for 20 minutes and that's it.

The kitchen, dining room and living room are a large space with stunning views to the sea. The kitchen is perfect for cooking and you won't miss anything. The two bedrooms are double with their respective bathrooms. The main one has a dressing room. It has an office to work, totally independent if you want to come on business. WIFI.

Genuine and confortable apartment located in a pedestrian street in the hearth of San Sebastian. 2 minutes walk to Concha beach, and old town. It has the best location to visit the city (please check guests reviews: 4,99/5). Large living room with a lot of natural light and high ceilings. 2 double bedrooms. Kitchen and bathroom recently renewed. Optional parking in underground car parking (100 meters from the apartment away). If interested on the parking, please ask for it before arrival.

It is a 15-minute walk from downtown, with the possibility of taking buses 21, 26 and 28 every 5 minutes that will take you to downtown and the old part. There are shops and bars in the area.
