Whale Watcher's House

The breath-taking view allows you to see the entire island of São Jorge and the canal, as well as bays and parishes on the beautiful and jagged north coast of Pico, with its undulating sea waves. The song of birds and the Atlantic waves are heard. Dine indoors or on the balcony watching the sunset, relax in the lounge chairs with a wonderful drink. All rooms have a view; living room with glass sliding doors which invite outdoors in. This house is part of a small family owned resort, where there is a restaurant called Magma, a grocery store, a yoga room and an heated swimming pool. Quinta do Caminho da Igreja TER1 (Farmhouse)

Traditional country house on São Jorge Island, built 100 years ago by our great-grandparents, it was at that time a small house and haystack, where they kept the animals that worked in the fields. It is located a few meters from the sea in an absolutely quiet location. The surrounding area is great for sightseeing, hiking, and swimming in the sea. Nemo's Corner

We are a Portuguese family that knows all the islands of the Azores, and completed in August 2018 this retreat, to get away from our busy lives in London. Until the day comes that we can enjoy it full time, we have decided to share the amazing space we have created with others that love the nature, mountain and sea that is always surrounding us.
