Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in U.S. Virgin Islands

Wonderful place to stay! It felt private and safe. It was a little challenging to get to, but as with anywhere on the island, without the adventure you don’t get the views! Stacie had exceptional communication, including a guide for nearby beaches/restaurants/grocery stores. Very clean. What stood out most were the “extra” amenities. We made use of the beach chairs, beach towels, a pair of snorkeling fins, etc., even the first aid kit! Would highly recommend!

Stayed here for 2 days and absolutely loved every second. Location is beautiful, view is priceless and even better than in the photos. Danielle is a great person , drove me and my fiance up the long hill when we were already running a little late after checking out which she didn’t have to do at all. Overall had an amazing experience , only thing I will say is make sure you rent a car or else it will be a lot more difficult for you to get around and see places , area is perfect for a nice romantic getaway but make sure u have a car because transportation/taxis don’t like to come down to pick you up at this location and they’re also much more expensive. This was such an amazing stay! The pictures are beautiful but somehow actually being there exceeds all expectations. I would absolutely love to stay again and highly recommend this stay. It was clean, we had everything we needed, and it was an overall great time!

Laura’s STUNNING home is absolutely the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in!! Not only that - but Laura is hands down the best host we’ve had as well. She truly goes above and beyond to ensure you’re taken care of from the moment you enter the house. She even greeted us with a personalized bottle of champagne to celebrate our special occasion. She is readily available to make recommendations and share a cuddle with her sweet dog, Lily. The kitchen has everything you could need, and the outdoor lanai area offers an exquisite opportunity for al fresco dining with a VIEW - and boy, does this home have views from every room! Even more beautiful in person than any of the photos. The garden and grounds are beautifully kept and the area is quiet and peaceful. We traveled with 3 multigenerational couples for the family vacation of a lifetime (and would certainly stay again!). Laura even followed up with us afterward to make sure we had made it home safely. Would rate 100 stars if I could!!!!

Jon is a wonderful host. We have stayed there multiple times and are always pleased and amazed at the house. So much room, and the kitchen and living area are incredible to hang out in. Looking out of the house through the sliding doors to the bay cannot be accurately described. Great location for a direct walk to downtown Cruz Bay and all restaurants. You have to stay here!

This place was spotless! We knew right away it'd be amazing. Everything we needed was there, we didn't want for anything. I highly recommend it. We loved relaxing on the patio and by the water in the evenings, and morning coffee watching the ocean and ships was perfect.

Gorgeous views, clean place, and a short drive from Red Hook Ferry.

We had a wonderful stay at Reel Paradise View. The house was very clean and so spacious. The views were amazing and we enjoyed it everyday. The generator came in handy on our first night. The shared pool was never crowded. The beds were very comfortable. The house was stocked with everything we needed to get started. The house is hard to find using google maps but we used sibs on the mountain or the botanical gardens as a point of interest and was able to easily find the home from those places. The concierge was outstanding. Thank you Delano & Beige for making this birthday surprise trip one to remember. We highly recommend this home and will return soon.

We really enjoyed our time here, which was a short drive from CRUZ BAY and not difficult to navigate to using Google Maps. This unit was a peaceful and comfortable place to come back to after a day of hiking and snorkeling, and the accommodations were simple but perfectly sufficient for our needs. The very friendly Peter the house cat welcomed us back every day, and we loved hearing the symphony of nature sounds at night on the front porch. The A/C and ceiling fans in the unit kept us cool and sleeping well. We made dinner and the kitchen had everything we needed. The washer/dryer and beach chairs were convenient to have access to. There were a few instances of brief power outages and loss of water pressure in the shower, but travelers to USVI should expect this from time to time as part of life on the island. The important thing is Tina and Joe took care to quickly address anything that came up and it never affected the enjoyment of our stay. We'd love to come back someday.

Loved the space!! so quaint and nice! The attention to detail is impeccable!!! The instructions so clear and listed out. The space is so clean and beautifully done. What stood out for us were the small little things- the shower has 2 different modes, the welcome snacks, Keurig Coffee Machine, torch lights, toiletries, storage areas and other amenities. We even did our yoga outside on the deck. Loved the place overall!

I absolutely LOVED it here and really wish that I would have found it sooner than what I did! If you are looking for an amazing place to stay… look no further. You will not regret it! Feara is the greatest! I could not have felt more at home. Everything that you will need plus more is here! My only complaint was that I couldn’t stay longer & that my vacation ended! When I return this will definitely be my spot!! Once again I cannot thank you enough for your wonderful hospitality and accommodating services. I was last minute with booking coming from a different and not so good AirBnB and she even allowed me to check in early! She saved me in so many ways!! I will return! I already gave you five stars, but here are the other five stars that you deserve because this was an absolute 10 star service and stay ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Magical place to stay at. Loved the garden and the windchimes. The pond that goes out to the ocean. Hearing fish splashing in the pond. The bathroom and shower area is very charming. The house was very clean. Thank you for sharing your space!

DO NOT GET ANY OTHER AIRBNB. I know I am some random internet stranger but this is the best airbnb I have ever stayed in. Mryla is the absolute best and the location is amazing. The apartment is perfect with a beautiful view and the beaches nearby are perfect. Do not miss out on this, trust.

This place was magical! It’s right in the jungle and was surrounded by the lush foliage. So unique. So cool. & amazing host! Would highly recommend to anyone!

Alan's place was definitely the highlight of our trip to the USVI. The cottage has amazing views, on top of a hill. The rooms were clean, neat and it was just what our family needed. The beach stuff in the cupboard was so thoughtful, and the kids had a great time. The kitchen was well stocked. Above all, Alan is a gem of a person. He was so kind, patient and generous. Loved the place, loved the hospitality that Alan and Antoinette extended. Thank you so much! We hope to stay again!

Kendra responded promptly to questions. Loved the Sapphire Beach location. So convenient being on the beach with lovely pools there too. Quiet location. I rented one of her cars for 2 days and was very glad I did. We were able to drive to several different beaches and restaurants. My daughter did the driving. I would not have felt comfortable driving but it made things so easy and convenient and no waiting for taxis. People were very friendly on the island. Kendra’s unit had everything you could possibly need. I highly recommend staying at Sapphire.

This home offers everything you want in an airbnb. The check in was easy, the home was gorgeous and very clean, the pool was literal steps from the back door. In the morning I would clean up after breakfast while my kids & husband went to the pool, Id leave the screen door open and hear their laughter echoing through the palm trees. Walk a few steps past the pool and you are at the beach. Not crowded at all, some days we had the whole beach to ourselves It was heaven on earth. But an airbnb is only as good as its host so I must mention that Barry and Heather are TOP NOTCH. Although I have never met them they feel like friends. From local recommendations to friendly banter and interest in our family I feel like they genuinely care about their guests and that is so rare these days. I am so grateful to them for being so kind, welcoming and accommodating. One final thing the bed OMG I took a picture of the tag because I swear it is the best bed I've ever slept in. Amazing stay!!

Deb & Darryl's condo is quite possibly the very BEST location at Sapphire Beach! Being on the ground floor made access to and from the beach so simple (especially with a kid) and the view is still fantastic from the porch - but the view is even BETTER just steps away on the shore! D&D are extremely thoughtful about what they provide to their guests: a stash of masks, snorkels, fins (even two pairs that would fit a child), beach bags, pool noodles/floats, and ample bath AND beach towels. From the small and large coolers (w/ some ice packs ready for use in the freezer), to the Shout laundry spray, the condo was well stocked with all the essentials! *Check the fridge before going to the store!* The music from the bar/restaurant area next door was noticeable (background "thumping") when outside, but it was not heard when inside the condo with the doors closed. Other than a dinghy rental on St. John, we spent most days hanging out at Sapphire- so beautiful with great waves to play in!

We had a very smooth check-in and check out. The condo is beautiful and very well kept with an amazing view! Mark was great at communicating and let us know to reach out if we needed anything.

Ben and Erica were great hosts. They answered our questions promptly. The location was perfect, and the condo was as described. Would recommend Ben and Erica’s place and plan to return.

This place is exactly like the photos—what you see is truly what you get. The condo is at the quieter end of the beach, which made for a peaceful stay. Just a short walk down the sand and you’ll find a great beach bar for drinks and casual bites, a coffee shop with breakfast, and a nicer restaurant (Sea Salt!) with beautiful views - a bit pricier, but worth it. Every morning, I sat on the porch watching the sunrise and listening to the waves—absolutely I’d come back in a heartbeat!

Ana's condo was great. We LOVED the location and Ana was very responsive. We will be back!

Would highly recommend! STUNNING view, well thought of amenities, gourmet kitchen, and fabulous resort. The host was easy to contact and provided clear instructions for check in and checkout procedures! Checkout the resort restaurants for amazing food and atmosphere. We also loved having THREE private pools!
