The space is cozy & quiet. Very clean. We loved it & will be returning!! Everything is so close by.

Such a sweet, comfortable, perfectly located space. J.P. and Eloisa provided breakfast items, snacks and made sure I had anything I might need. This is a perfect place for a solo business traveler.

This was a wonderful place! Jean-Pierre met us in the driveway when we arrived and helped us through the gate and into the Airbnb. The space itself was clean, quiet and filled with yummy snacks and drinks (thank you!) The bathroom was stocked with anything you could ever need! Both Jean-Pierre and Eloisa were wonderful, I'm so glad I got to meet them both during my stay

Loved JP & Eloisas Place, it was in a amazing neighborhood with great coffee and food places nearby and also very clean and quiet at night

JP and Eloisa are great hosts. The guesthouse is private and very quiet and they keep it very clean. The location is great.

A quiet and clean place in a good location, short drive to beach and shops with off street parking. All the basics you need for a short stay are supplied. Bathroom is lovely and clean. Snacks provided were great after being on the road for many hours. For two people the room is small. We had to turn the bed around to feel more comfy with our luggage, but once done, it was okay. We had a few small interactions with Jean Pierre & Eloisa, they were both lovely and accommodating.

I recommend the guest house, it was comfortable for my stay. I enjoyed hearing the crickets out the back window and the extra touches like snacks and water showed that Jean Pierre and Eloisa really care about their guests. They were very hospitable with quick communication.

Highly recommended - the place is really clean and close to Redondo Beach. JP and Eloisa were very responsive. I had a great time in LA!

I booked Jean Pierre and Eloisa's place for my niece who was visiting from France and they were extremely helpful. My niece really enjoyed her stay there.

Lovely couple:) the room was confortable and parking was extremely easy, they have a reserve area for their guest which is extremely appreciated. The only reason I gave them 4 stars is because there was not hot water on the last day and it was horrible having to take a shower with cold water at 5:30 am. The day before the water was slightly hot.
