Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Üsküdar

✨We are really happy to have chosen this accommodation for our trip. It was fantastic! The house was very clean. There was even an intelligent robot vacuum cleaner that drove through the apartment. The terrace was fascinating. Public transport was 2-3 minutes' walk away. Overall, a 10 out of 10 points. We will definitely be back! Many thanks to the hosts.✨

Apartments are beautiful, large, and in a great location - we really loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to friends! Things to know: the two floors are totally separate apartments; they are pretty anonymous rental flats in terms of what to expect in the kitchen; we experienced some cultural differences around checkout and other communication, but no major issues; the offered airport pickup required that we wait around the airport for about 40 minutes but was otherwise easy

Great service and communication you can count on the host for everything you need for the apartment and also if you need any advise or anything else.

It was a great experience.

I do love that place. I found everything according to the pictures and I had everything I needed in my room and the kitchen for the two and a half months I was there. It has a great location, close to the mall, public transportation, restaurants, and supermarkets. I'm definitely coming back to Yusuf's place some time next year. Staying at James's place has been wonderful ✨. The apartment is very spacious with beautiful interior and an amazing view overlooking Istanbul. Many sites in walking distance, and the whole neighborhood is vibrating with cute restaurants and shops nearby. James was so friendly and responsive. Would definitely come back!

Tugkan is very responsive and friendly. he was always there to help us and give us jnstructions. pros: nice apartement, with all the amenities that work perfectely. kitchen is well equiped for cooking for 6 7 people and washing mashine and dish washing machines are making everything very easy. Tugkan himself is very responsive and helpful. cons: the public transportation access is really bad. so before booking, bear in mind that you may use a lot of taxis and ubers and plan for it. The streets that lead to the apartment are extremely steep, making it hard to access any public transportation. Overall it worth the money, it is reletively cheap for 7 people.

It was an amazing stay.the view in the living room was breathtaking in the morning and during the night. everything is available at the apartment. a very great location. You can find whatever you need around it. The only downside is that the elevator does not work so you will have to drag your suitcases up and bring them down. I really enjoyed my stay with my friends.

Apartment was clean modern and looked like the photos. The host was really responsive and helpful. Being able to park in the garage was a plus

Our stay at Menti’s stunning apartment in the heart of Istanbul was pure magic! The place was impeccably clean, beautifully styled with a mix of modern and Turkish charm, and had everything we needed for a perfect trip. Menti was an absolute gem, welcoming us with warm hospitality, helping to organize transport to/from the airport and sharing insider tips on the best local spots. Waking up to the sounds of the city and sipping Turkish tea or raki on the terrace while watching the sunset was pure bliss. This place is a must-stay for anyone visiting Istanbul, and we're already planning our return. Can't recommend this Istanbul treasure enough to anyone exploring this vibrant city! A total 5 star experience all around The very best place and area to finish off our 3 weeks in Turkey Such a welcoming place to come home to after a day out exploring We had the added benefit of a rooftop terrace to enjoy our breakfast and then beer and snacks before heading out to the choice many restaurants in the area for dinner The pizzas at Pizzrotti are amazing and we had them delivered to our terrace !! Balat has it all and just a quick tram ride to the beating heart of Istanbul The apartment was so quiet The shower was amazing The beds were comfortable The kitchen was well stocked We had a gorgeous lounge to relax in An all over 5 star apartment I thoroughly recommend a stay here of at least 4 nights

We had a great time in Istanbul. The apartment is ideally located, in a quiet and friendly neighborhood, and very close to the Sultanamet neighborhood, ideal for sightseeing. The terrace of the apartment is a plus for relaxing after a day of walking. A big thank you to Ali for his welcome, availability and smile!

We had a very nice stay. Volkan replied immediately, gave clear self check-in instructions, and there was always 'staff' nearby who could come to the apartment within 15 minutes if we needed help. When our toilet didn’t flush upon arrival, someone came to fix it right away. When our toilet paper was almost finished, we received new rolls. The apartment is brighter than it appears in the photos, thanks to two street-facing windows. I had feared it would be too dark, but that wasn’t the case. The location (New European Quarter) is great—close to Galata Tower, Taksim Square (full of restaurants and shops), and fancy hotels like the Pera Palace, where Agatha Christie wrote Murder on the Orient Express. Do note that the area is noisy both day and night, and the flat is not well insulated against sound. Streetlights prevent full darkness, even with curtains. Light sleepers may want to bring earplugs and a sleep mask. Bus, metro and train stops are 3-10 min away—leading to the 'Old city'.

Incredible stay. The host has been very accommodating and very easy to work with. If you want a hassle free and comfortable stay while also being close to the main attractions, I would highly recommend booking this stay in Istanbul
