The highest house in Usson, one of the most beautiful villages in France, 2 bedrooms and a living room each with access to the outside, 3 terraces on 3 levels and 3 orientations (east, south and west, for the sunset!), 2 with a 180° view of Auvergne and its volcanoes. For more independence, a 3rd bedroom, with a bathroom, in the small neighboring house, is offered at €60 per night, for more than 6 guests (max capacity of the main house) Basic shops 5 km away Alt 574 m 75 in 10 minutes

The Bougnat Loft 🧑‍🌾

The main farm was built around 1720 by the Varennes family, lords of Bois-Rigaud in Usson. There is mention in the archives of the monastery of Sauxillanges of a 16th century sheepfold, still existing. 80 m2 of authenticity and tranquility with this original loft set on an isolated hill, surrounded by 50 hectares of forests, crops and meadows. Only 15 minutes from the A75 motorway but already in the heart of the Livradois-Forez Regional Natural Park. Garden and Nordic bath.

Bonjour 😊 Venez vous détendre dans notre petit cocon ❤️, calme et agréable , situé au cœur de l'Auvergne entre Clermont Ferrand et Brioude , à côté de la base nautique d'Issoire et à 15 min de l'espace de baignade et d'accrobranche du Vernet la Varenne. Proche également du parc animalier d'ardes sur couze 🐆🦒🦧 Ou bien encore de la Vallée des Saints. A 45 min de super Besse station de ski animée été et hiver ! ... ... de quoi contenter tout le monde ☺️ !

A défaut de pouvoir atteindre le paradis, pourquoi ne pas passer une nuit à ses portes… Dans une église … Vous apprécierez la fraicheur naturelle de la vielle pierre l'été. Bien chauffée l’hivers. Vous serez logé dans le studio 70 m2 au rez de chaussée: chambre, salon, cuisine, salle de bain douche, wc séparé Entrée indépendante. Petite cuisine: microondes, bouilloire et cafetière, 2 plaques induction, frigo. Profitez du jardin (meubles de jardin prévus)

Its proximity to nature and its location in the heart of the Sancy Valley ensures calm, serenity and well-being. The accommodation is atypical, designed and suitable for a small area in an exceptional setting. For your convenience, it is important to know in advance that the staircase is custom-made, with small straight steps.
