Kleines Sommer-Gartenhäuschen mit großer Terrasse mitten im Grünen. Es ist eine Art Hotelzimmer am Wald. Das Besondere daran, eine Giebelwand ist komplett verglast. Es befindet sich im Garten der Villa Sunnyside, oberhalb von Schloß Pillnitz. Nicht richtig beheizbar daher nur im Sommer/Herbst buchbar! Bei Buchung im September/Oktober: Es gibt einen Ölradiator, so das es dennoch gut bewohnbar ist. Bitte warme Sachen und dicke Socken mitbringen und nur buchen wenn ihr nicht kälteempfindlich seid.

Weekend house with 80m2 of living space, fireplace, floor heating and large garden ideal for relaxing, children's games or barbecue. Tisá village is a beautiful tourist resort in Krusnohora known especially for its unique sandstone rocks. The house can serve as an ideal base for climbing, hiking or biking. The expansive meadow is a popular spot for kites travelers in the fall and winter, whether it's with a triple or skis. In the summer it's possible to swim in the nearby pond.

The apartment on the top floor is truly unique. It is located on the second floor and and the entire place has been restored to original building. The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. The main living area is facing the front of the house and therefor you will find a view on the town square, town house and the famous basalt rock “Jehla”.

- At the beginning of 2024, we renovated and cozily designed for our guests - Our approx. 40 m² non-smoking apartment is for 2-3 people. - It has a separate entrance and a quiet sun terrace. - In the large living / sleeping room there is a large double bed, a sofa bed, a large armchair and satellite TV. - The small modern kitchenette offers all possibilities of self-catering. - The bathroom is equipped with glass shower, underfloor heating and hair dryer.

Discover the charm of Děčín in our cozy apartment that makes you feel right at home. The main train station is just 3 minutes away, offering direct connections to Dresden (1 hr) and Prague (1.2 hrs). Buses (2 min) take you to Bohemian Switzerland or Tisá Walls. We provide storage for bikes/strollers; hypermarkets and supermarkets are within 5 min. Parking by the house (paid) or 2 min free.
