I offer a clean apartment in a quiet location. A spiral staircase leads to the apartment on the first floor. You have the apartment all to yourself, with your own entrance. We ask for quiet hours from 10 pm to 6 am. The apartment is non-smoking. Private parking space in the garden. Possibility of parking in the garage directly at the apartment for a fee. The center is about 8 minutes on foot. Lidl and Peny stores are about a 5-minute walk. Cyclists welcome. You have 4 free bikes for your stay. Tips for trips in the area. Check out my guide. Even though it's located few steps from the most famous monuments, it's in the quiet area. There is an excellent restaurant on the ground floor.

Just a few steps from Old Town Square you will find this nicely renovated, fully furnished and equipped attic apartment. You are going to be right in the city center with all that Prague has to offer being just steps away. There is an elevator in the building and a high speed internet. Check in takes place at a mutually agreed time.

Designer Loft at Wenceslas Square

This centrally located loft is very spacious (130sq meters) and the windows bath each room in light, however, blinds in the living room and black out blinds are on the windows in the bedroom to ensure a proper rest. Please note that the common premises are being renovated with the scheduled end of works by mid October 2024. There is no noise associated with the works.
