I offer a clean apartment in a quiet location. A spiral staircase leads to the apartment on the first floor. You have the apartment all to yourself, with your own entrance. We ask for quiet hours from 10 pm to 6 am. The apartment is non-smoking. Private parking space in the garden. Possibility of parking in the garage directly at the apartment for a fee. This centrally located loft is very spacious (130sq meters) and the windows bath each room in light, however, blinds in the living room and black out blinds are on the windows in the bedroom to ensure a proper rest. Please note that the common premises are being renovated with the scheduled end of works by mid October 2024. There is no noise associated with the works.
