Villa Kataja holiday cottage in Paljaka

Completed in 2014, our cottage is located in Paljakka, close to ski trails and mountain biking trails. The cottage's facilities are located on two floors. A deck with a glass railing throughout the cabin's width allows you to sense the peace of nature, both in winter and in summer. The yard has a wood storage, a fire pit, and a lot. A lot to use from April to October, for a separate fee. Pets are prohibited. Distances: Tourist center in Ukkoha 26 km. Shop: Poland city center 30 km and Ristijärvi 26 km.

A natural location along the Kiiminkijoki river, our yard is in a small and cozy guest house, 33 km from Oulu. Countryside, forest and waters. No street lights. 200 m to the river. Ylikiiming has a lot of hiking trails, cloudberry meadows and berry patches. You can rent kayaks, forest snowshoes or snowshoes from us.
