The old mill tower is located in a quiet single-family housing estate right in the heart of the Wesermarsch. On the four lovingly renovated floors (approx. 100 sqm) with old wooden beams, there is a fully equipped kitchen and a small toilet, a living area with a sofa bed for two, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a separate bed, and a bedroom. Das Gästeschlafzimmer (1,60 m Bett) liegt im ruhigen Souterrain zum Garten mit kl. Terrasse. Hier befindet sich auch ein Duschbad. Im oberen Bereich liegen Wohnzimmer mit TV, Küche und Esszimmer (ebenfalls mit TV) mit oberer Terrasse zum Garten mit altem Baumbestand. Das Gäste-WC kann mitbenutzt werden. Bäcker, Bus- und Bahnstation (8 min. zum Hbf.) sind 300 m entfernt.

Our vacation home is about 100 square meters and is on two floors. It has a living room, conservatory (with access to the terrace), kitchen and toilet on the first floor. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a bathroom with tub and shower. Sandstedt is right on the beautiful Weser with a small harbor. There is a good connection via the A27 towards Bremen or Bremerhaven as well as a ferry connection towards Oldenburg/East Frisia.
