Recently remodeled in law suite. We just upgraded the bed to a queen size. Very private, detached garage getaway. A cozy sitting area 60" CableTV with HBO SHOWTIME and STARZ. Wet bar with fridge, ice maker, coffee maker, microwave, hot plate, dishes and some cookware. Private bath has shower and a walk in closet. This private apt. is above the garage. Outside has fenced in yard for your furry friend, outdoor fire pit and sitting area. Close to the interstate and minutes from downtown.

Studio one room but very spacious and comfortable! my best friend and I used this as our home base to go to a music festival in Louisville and it was perfect!

Ross is definitely a 5 star host. House was super clean and had everything we needed. We stayed there for almost a month and used the kitchen every night. The view of the river was spectacular and the sunsets were beautiful. I highly recommend this place and will be booking again! Thank you Ross for such great communication. We booked this trip for work but felt right at home.
