Relax and enjoy this unique and tranquil experience. Our Cabins are new and completely furnished w/all new appliances. Hot water in shower, bath lavatory, and kitchen sink. Fully equipped kitchen with stove/oven, fridge, microwave, coffee pot, kettle, etc. In the living room there’s a very comfortable sectional sofa with coffee table, wifi and smart TV with cable channels. Enjoy the outdoor Palapa and BBQ pit for those special events. At the back of the cabin there’s an outdoor hot H20 shower.

Coco Cabaña#1

Our place is a 500 square feet individual bungalow, on an acre property, located at a very short walk from Chepes beach (Utila's public beach), dive shops, restaurants and bars. However, It is well secluded from the hustle and bustle of Utila's town. It includes fast WiFi, AC, hot shower, fridge, tea coffee maker, electricity bill. We are English, Spanish, French and Danish spoken. Our place is good for couples, and solo adventurers. Coco Cabaña #2 and #3 are also available for booking.

One bedroom and one bath cabin with a kitchen, living area and a small open porch to enjoy a beautiful view of the patio and pool. Weekly cleaning is provided for no additional cost. Maximum of guest: 2 Electricity and personal items are NOT included. 1 pet maximum with a one time fee of $80. (Pet must be friendly since other guests and pets share the same property) Check-out time is at 11:00a.m, any guest remaining after check-out time will be charged for an additional day ($95).

This stylish home features sea views from both bedrooms, and the great room (which includes the living area, dining area, and the kitchen area). Kick back and relax in this beautiful, clean, stylish space. We have tried to provide you with the essential amenities to make your stay very enjoyable. However, due to the high cost of electricity on the island we ask that you please turn off the AC when you’re out touring/cruising the island. We provide the necessary amount of power to ensure you are comfortable (10KW per 24hr) however, should you exceed this we will charge the going rate per each KW used after that.

The apartment is in the MANURII Garden on the ground floor. A lush garden is around the apartment. Our cozy fire pit is just one step away. Our garden is full with fruits and flowers. We have a coffee machine at our bar which is available from 7am-10am free of charge. There are plenty of bars in Utila. Our bar is more a Meeting point and not with a bar tender all the time. But you have your own fridge at the Apartment.

The Little Grass Shack

We are delighted to once again offer our unique cottage to travellers. Recently renovated (June 2023) with a new thatched roof, fresh paint, and love. The Grass Shack is a relaxing space with high ceilings, a queen sized bed, private bathroom, a comfortable sofa, work space, and an old rocking chair to chill in with a book. It has a private patio, and guests are welcome to use our little pool to cool down.
