The "Little House" is a cute 1 bedroom house located on our farm in a beautiful country setting with 6 acres of outdoor space for relaxing. It is separate from our home and is all yours. It is conveniently located only 8 miles from the Ark Encounter and you only need to make one turn to get there. We have chickens, ducks, turkeys, a horse, and 11 goats. We also have a 1/2 mile nature trail to explore with a scavenger hunt, and a campfire spot with free firewood.

Great couple's getaway. Beautiful view of the river from the front windows and patio, and lovely private patio/garden in the back. Nicely located in the heart of town close to restaurants and boutiques. Well appointed and attractive. Also really convenient to a wedding venue a couple of miles down the road.

We visited this gem for a business retreat, and it is a perfect spot for our small team to be in a peaceful environment. With train tracks nearby, there was the occasional train, which added to the ambience for me. We enjoyed the firepit, the grill and the deck overlooking the water. There was wood for purchase (honor system with a QR code). The layout was awesome, and we all had our own space, but also a common area to do some brainstorming together. Whether you're looking for a business retreat, or just a weekend away, this is a great spot!

The cabin was very clean and thoughtfully prepared, and the hosts communicated well. The view of the river was also beautiful, and the bed was comfortable. There was a bit of road noise, but it was tolerable, and it was in a very convenient location. Definitely check this place out, but be careful on the stairs as they are a bit steep.

We enjoyed the fire pit in the back yard and spent lots of time listening to the birds. We had a very relaxing stay and the kids enjoyed the pool table and watching movies on the big TV.
