We had a wonderful 3 -night stay at this beautiful villa surrounded by serene hills. The peaceful location, ample parking, and fresh mountain air made our stay truly relaxing. Our host, Sunil ji, was incredibly warm and helpful—he checked in with us every day to ask about our itinerary and offered great suggestions for sightseeing. His guidance made it easy for us to explore the local attractions. The hospitality, cleanliness, and natural surroundings made this a memorable experience. Absolutely loved our stay.... hands down the best place to stay in Orchha! The room was clean, cozy, and beautifully designed with an aesthetic that immediately made us feel at home. It wasn’t just a stay.... it felt like our place. What truly sets this Airbnb apart is the host, Ram. Every time we had even a small concern, he was there calm and helpful, making sure everything was sorted smoothly. That level of care is rare! The location? Perfect. Just a short walk from the magnificent Laxmi Temple, with a stunning view of the tower right from the property. If you're coming to Orchha, stop searching this is the place to stay. I’d come back in a heartbeat!

We had a lovely family get together at this place. It was simply amazing that we could all be together in a home away from home. Special shout out to Dinesh. He cooked us delicious meals and was always willing to help. Overall a great experience.

Amezing place, amezing location and this was our short stay only for one night but it was memorable, lovely food just like home made, highly recommend who want to spend a good time with their love ones at mountain view and nature...

Place is definitely good to stay but main highlight of the place is Host "Shikhar". He is quite responsive or rather proactive in helping you and providing you what you need and with all the instructions which can make your stay better. While everything is good but sometimes conveyance could be bit fo challenge as Banaras has introduced new city limit transports especially for autos and e-rickshaws. However, if you will connect with Shikhar, he can help you arrange that too. He is too kind and humble!

The Villa was exactly as described online and it was picture perfect. It had a specious living room for our family get together and a huge lawn where one could enjoy various sports. Both the caretakers Nikhil and Ankit were extremely kind and helpful, they were on top of the things all the time and took care of everyone’s request.

Stayed here for 2 nights with my family. The staff helped in organising our new year eve party and served very delicious food. Overall the place was clean and beautiful. The staff was very kind and cooperative throughout my stay. Well managed property. I surely recommend this place for staying in Bhimtal.

Barkat Villa is a picturesque retreat with stunning mountain views and a peaceful ambiance. The property is beautifully maintained, and the staff was attentive and welcoming. A fantastic place to relax and rejuvenate!

The location was perfect. 4 out of 5 bedrooms were lake facing with no obstruction. The care taker (Mr Bhagwan ji) was a great host and took care of all our needs immediately. He was professio nal and well spoken. There were minor issues with geyser heater etc but he made sure to get things resolved promptly. Mr Vijay joshi also greeted us personally and made sure our stay was comfortable and memorable one.

Excellent place and plenty of room for everyone. It was winter when we came, so we didn’t get to enjoy the pool and the house was quite cold (no heat) but that was to be expected. The only piece of advice would be to ensure you have enough time to enjoy this magnificent house and its amenities! Gorgeous and very convenient to the airport.

Amazing & memorable stay. We stayed at newly built 4 BR villa in Oct end. Liked: 1. Close proximity to Delhi/NCR, still being located within the hills and away from hustle bustle of city. 2. Nicely done up rooms / full villa. 3. Food quality, quantity and variety, especially the positive & humble behavior of service personnel. Cant stop mentioning always smiling & striving to serve "Chandan". 4. The lawns & gazebo alongwith games/sports facilities. 5. The trek with immaculately planned evening tea & snacks on site. Amazing experience it was. 6. Personal involvement by the top guy "Shrey" himself. Overall not less than 4.5 stars out of 5. Kudos to BB team.

Just have two words for this property, ‘LOVE IT!’ Been here with my family and we had an amazing time. The food, the hospitality, hygiene everything was on point. Would definitely recommend this villa. 11/10.

9 of us stayed at this villa for my sister’s bachelorette. The most gorgeous house - with clear instructions and 24/7 help from the host. There is a gorgeous pool where we all also relaxed. This bachelorette was memorable largely also because we got such a beautiful space to celebrate it at! Would recommend this gorgeous villa to everyone!

This has been my best airbnb experience in India so far. This was our family's road trip with my parents after 12 years and this place made it so much more special. The villa, the cleanliness, the food, the view, amenities.. I can keep going on and on.. The property is beautifully constructed with glass walls all over that feels like living in nature.. atbthe same time the walls have curtains for maintaining the privacy. Though the listing does not mention the amenities provided but the Paste and soap were there though we carried out own. each room had adequate clean towels, pillows and quilts. The place is about 1 hour smooth drive away from Rajpur road which has all restaurants and market. Swiggy and zomato won't come here but there is cook available to make home cooked tasty healthy food on demand. If you are a peace lover and you are looking for an elegant place , away from hustle and bustle of city then this place is your heaven. we will definitely book again.

Peaceful, romantic and the most memorable day of my life. Our stay at B 28 The Godfather was absolutely BEYOND IMAGINATION! From the moment we stepped in, we knew this was going to be a next-level experience. This 2 BHK flat with a private swimming pool on the second floorwas the perfect escape from the city's hustle and bustle. We booked this place for a blasting romantic party night, and it delivered beyond expectations! The music, open sky, stars, vibes, and private pool made it an *epic* celebration spot. The lighting with music was electric, and the setup was perfect for both of us. Our caretaker even went a step further and decorated a beautiful heart with rose flowers and filled the roses in pool water. 😱 💕 😘 Thanks a ton to him too. If you are looking for a romantic getaway, this is the place. A special shoutout to the host, Mr. Kumar-one of the most wonderful and down to earth people we’ve ever met.
