Holiday rentals with breakfast in Uttara Kannada

The stay offers excellent reception, maintenance, and homely cuisine. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

The villa is located not far from the market and has good restaurants in a 10-15 minute radius. Staff from the villa management firm was there to greet us and familiarise us with the place. Rajkumar - the cook and Rosie - the housekeeper were very attentive and helpful. The place is within a community of similar villas, yet fairly quiet. It is very neat and clean and has all amenities needed. Our group of six had a very comfortable stay.

The stay at Julie’s Sun-Kissed Villa was nothing short of amazing. From the beginning of our inquiry till the check out, the coordination from Julie and the property caretaker Narayan, was clear and proactive. The property was as described, with the interiors clean and tidy. We had a great time during our stay there, as the villa is located in a quiet neighbourhood. The only niggle we faced was with hot water in the bathroom, but that was probably because the weather was rainy and the bathrooms are equipped by solar heaters. Overall, this is a great place to spend time with your friends or even a family. I would recommend this for visitors.

This is a fantastic place to stay in if you want an authentic Goan vibe. Take this from a fellow Goenkar from Australia who had been to Goa 7 times. The house in Navelim away from the busy streets but a short 10 minute walk to the main municpality area where the shop/ groceries / sweets are. Ideal for Goa Supershow ICN bodybuilding stay (which was the reason for my visit). Has microwave, induction cooker, gas stove, fridge and more to get you through. Desiree (Host) and Mrs Rebello (house local contact) were very attentive to my messages and my requests which was greatly appreciated. Lots of bottled water and extra treats were a nice touch. Please ensure you are specific with guest numbers as no bedding provided for additional room if only 1-2 guests (We were two). Highly recommended for a true Goan / Portugese feel in a modern built house with AC.

We had a lovely stay at Jia Villa Candolim. The villa was perfect for kids as well as senior citizens. The daily breakfast was yummy and was made even more palatable because of the polite and caring behavior of the staff, especially Rashmi. Praful was also extremely helpful and helped us with an early check in and was always very responsive. Just one improvement which can make things even better - the bathroom on the ground floor was kept locked so for senior citizens it was a task to climb up the stairs frequently. It would be helpful to make the bathroom accessible.

Lovely property, the riverside infinity pool and views are very serene and peaceful. The interiors are luxurious and aesthetic. The caretaker was very helpful and friendly, good host team too. Thank you for hosting us. Will definitely visit soon again.

The eleven of us had a lovely time at Simrans place. Dubey, the caretaker, was very proactive in getting things sorted and any request we had. The staff were very friendly and the breakfasts cooked by the chef in the morning were delicious. The only slight improvement I would make is that it would be nice to have the bedding made once every few days/rooms gone over, but for the three nights we were there it wasn’t a big deal. The pool is amazing, even better than the pictures and the location is ideal, only a three minute walk from the beech. The rooms are all huge, and the showers work well. Wifi is good in certain areas so maybe the reach/strength could be improved, but we were there to get away from life so it didn’t matter so much. Overall great stay and if we every have a big group, we’ll be coming back for sure. Thank you for such a beautiful few days, you made it very hard to like anywhere else we stayed!

It was a wonderful place. Very spacious and the pool was really amazing. The owners were really helpful and accomodative. Would recommend the place any day.

It was worth it , the location the place the service everything

We had a very comfortable stay! Mr. Dilip made sure our check in and check out went smooth. The place had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. We would certainly choose this place again. You can swim at the pool or if you just wanna enjoy with some movies, the 4k TV and fast wifi makes sure you have a fun movie marathon experience. If you have proper swimming attire, you can enjoy swimming at the pool. Swiggy/zomato/instamart connectivity is great! Would highly recommend!

This place is disguting. Over priced and definitely not worth it. You can literally hear people hooking up from the other room as the division in only a fly wood. The place itself is very dusty and smelly, outside of it is literally a slum, and you can't have proper rest due to multiple constructions going on. I saw rat poops in the cabinets, broken lamps, molded and old overused utensils and fornitures. They even use two single beds to make a king size bed.

Our stay at Shabbir's place was truly delightful! The apartment was immaculately clean, well-equipped with essentials, and boasted a stunning balcony overlooking the lush jungle and mountains. Despite being centrally located in Canacona, the area remains remarkably quiet and peaceful. Bharat Heights has become our go-to destination in Goa. Shabbir is an exceptional host, and we highly recommend this place for a memorable stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Panjim. The location is perfect , central, safe, and very well-connected to all major spots. The apartment was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. It had all the essentials and felt very homely. The host was excellent proactive, friendly, and always available for any questions. Check-in was smooth, and communication was seamless throughout the stay. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the overall vibe of the place. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Panjim!

Arun was a great host. From check in to check out, there were no problems. He was friendly and helpful as he lives right below the airbnb setup. You can also rent his vehicle if it's available. The only sticky point is if you're a bunch of friends taking separate rooms - only one will get an AC as only 1 room out of the 3 has the appliance. Location is great if you're basing out of South Goa with Martin's Corner 200 metres away amongst other eateries. Spacious and clean with all other amenities available.

This is located inside the Santana beach resort which has access to the quiet and less crowded beach in between Candolim and Sinquerium and near to shacks like Calamari. Yazu (Marquis) and Caravela (Taj Holiday) are walking distance. The experience is exactly like staying as a resort guest with all amenities available like swimming pool, Splash pool bar and Olegario restaurant. Good spread in breakfast buffet. Staff are very courteous and room service is prompt. Worth the money!

Very friendly staff, had an amazing experience! The kitchen was so well organized! Bedroom and bathrooms were spotless and very well maintained! Loved every minute I spent in the locality and this property! Strongly recommend this to anybody who wishes to live in a more homely, comfortable and cozy environment!

Naythen's place is a perfect base in Benaulim. It's a short walk to shops and restaurants and about 15 minutes to the beach (or just grab a cheap rickshaw). The apartment is as described - Mediterranean minimalist style with a big bathroom, two balconies, good air con and really comfortable bed. An added bonus is use of a washing machine. Breakfast is delicious and Naythen has been really helpful from word go. He also gave us lots of recommendations for places to eat and things to do. Recommended.

Our stay was lovely and extremely comfortable. The house is very beautiful and it was a very different experience. Pedro was very very helpful through our stay! The staff are also very courteous! Overall, thanks for a wonderful and memorable time!

We were hosted by uncle Sequeira and his cats. The room was as described. We were served good breakfast everyday. Uncle Sequeira went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable. He also arranged breakfast and milk for our 1.5 year old son. The place is easily accessible through public transport. Caranzalem beach is a 5 min walk from the property. Miramar beach is also two bus stops away. Highly recommended if you want to explore panaji. Would definitely stay here if I visit panaji again.

Gitanjali was a really nice host and the place is done well. It’s a peaceful part of town with a really nice lake view. Both Gitanjali and the help were always prompt and helpful. Would surely recommend! The breakfast is simple yet superb

Staying at Rajeev’s Vedic Homestay was a peaceful and grounding experience. Rajeev is a warm and helpful host who also guided us with great tips about nearby temples. The food here was truly exceptional. Each sattvik, home-cooked meal felt nourishing and thoughtfully prepared. Rajeev used a variety of unique local vegetables in creative ways—like jackfruit seeds in the sambar, and soft, fragrant cucumber idlis that were entirely new to us. From homemade chutneys to traditional dishes like puliogiri and seasonal curries, every meal was flavorful, light, and deeply satisfying. Eating here felt like being welcomed into a sacred kitchen. The homestay is beautifully designed with Vedic décor, hawan equipment, and a calm, spiritual energy. Rooms are clean and peaceful, and the pool is well-maintained and perfect for a relaxing dip. Highly recommended for anyone seeking authentic, soulful hospitality in Gokarna. Will be coming back for sure !

I wanted to get away from humanity to just enjoy nature and peace - and this place offered me both in abundance. The property is huuuge, full of little tranquil escapes within the area - in the midst of which are the cottages, which are perfect for a solo stay/group stay. The staff were super sweet, helpful & respectful. They grow so much of their own produce, serve that for meals which tastes wholesome. If you’re looking to get away from the city hustle bustle and tuck yourself in nature - this is the place. Would i go back? 100%.

Peter’s place is a few meters away from the main road. Check-in was smooth & fast. There’s a restaurant in the resort (Nada Brahma) which made it convenient not to leave the area. There’s also room service, so you don’t have to leave your room! Food was great and they serve a wide range of western food, this was a nice break for us since we had been traveling in India for 3 weeks at this point. The beach was a few steps away—-warm ocean water. They have activities for guests like Monday movie night and it was awesome. Also a quiz night. Plenty of hot water for your showers, laundry service onsite and reasonably priced. We probably should have asked for a mosquito net because we got bitten by tons of mosquitoes.

One a kind experience at this beautiful private property in south goa. The house is a Portuguese villa maintained with perfect care and love full of antiques. The space transports you a blast from the past I can say. Surrounded by beautiful chickoo gardens. The host is the kindest sweetest uncle I could have ever met & the elaborate breakfast they serve setting not only the food in style but with the side of symphonies ❤️🫡 Along an old train track the house vibrates on the passing of a train😅
