Fabulous, spacious apartment (60 m2 for only 2 persons!) with a direct view to the amphitheatre and sea from living and sleeping area + a big terrace full of plants. One large bedroom with double bed, living room, kitchen and dining room, spacious green terrace. Free WiFi, A/C. First floor. PARKING good price, which is 3 min walk to the app. Location just next to the amphitheatre you will be in the center of the old town vibe. Just stones throw away you can find many restaurants and cafes.

PLEASE READ ALL THE INFO IN FURTHER DESCRIPTIONS because this is a specific area.Bakar is a small isolated village in the center of all large tourist places. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

We were able to enjoy a very relaxing time in this great house. The place is a little dream for those seeking tranquility and seclusion. The house is small but very clean and fulfills its purpose as a place to sleep and cook. So if you are looking for a secluded place with a beach for yourself, which is right outside the front door, this is the place to be. If you have demands for a lot of space in the house, a daily lukewarm shower not only warmed by the sun, then this is not the perfect place. The only drawback, which was not worth a deduction for us personally, is the very low water pressure in the shower, which is why we always showered outside with the camping shower. The water is not heated by an electric boiler through the solar system, but really only by direct sunlight. We were definitely able to relax really well and enjoyed this unique place very much.

Britt was a lovely host, responsive, provided great suggestions where to eat/drink and provide easy instructions on how to locate the apartment. Now the apartment - it was spotlessly clean, even had section of pillows, great shower with lots of pressure, and lovely furnishings. The view was absolutely amazing. Do yourself a favour if in Rovinj and stay here!!!!

Very clean house, it is located in a very quiet residential area, close to some very nice and easily accessible beaches. Close to Pula 40 minutes by car where you can find all the necessary services (supermarkets, shopping centers) Marina and Stefano, the hosts are very kind and also available to give information about the surroundings!!!

It was as coming home. Very lovely owners, Iva and Vlado. They welcomed my toddler and me with open arms. Very clean little house, but you don't have that feeling because of the high ceilings. Im The house is actually a studio, just 1 big room (bathroom separately). Perfect for a couple! In the environment of 14 minutes a lot of beaches. Great tip : beach bar Uvala in banjole. Amazing view!

Arena & Seaview Luxury Residence

In terms of pricing, it’s a notch above some other rentals but the experience of staying next to the arena is a once in a lifetime privilege. Such an immense aura of history and culture right before your eyes. Need to make up for a few shortcomings in physical terms but the emotional takeaway is priceless. The apartment is one floor up, very spacious with 3 lovely bathrooms. Car parking is convenient on the road downstairs as well as in a car park right opposite and payment is via an app, details of which are on a board in the car park. Day rates are Euro 6.50 per summer but jumps up considerably from 1st of June. Thank you Chris and Nick for keeping the faith. All the very best.

Beautiful, clean apartment, you will find everything you need, the host is great, communication with him too, the surroundings are great, the beach is about 10 minutes walk, the closer beach is smaller about 5 minutes. In the vicinity of the bike path, shops...beautiful holiday. Thank you 🥰
