Perfect spot!!

Was a great place to stay to enjoy playing golf and floating the river

Can’t say enough good things! The space was perfect and location was great. Roland made sure we had everything we could’ve possibly needed. This was the perfect family spot to kick off the summer!

The best thing about this property are the comfortable beds. I had no problems sleeping at night. Appliances are all modern and high end. Laura was friendly and helpful. She provided maps for us to help locate the property. I love that she left out bug spray for the back porch. We spent most of our time out back enjoying the woods and all of the birds after dinner. The lighting of the back yard was very pretty. It was a very relaxing vacation, and I am sorry that it is over. We saw painted buntings, black chinned humming birds and golden fronted woodpeckers from back porch.

We loved our stay. The layout of the house is perfect. We had adults and kids and we all felt we had our own space.

Sadey is very responsive and is open to requests. We appreciate her clear instructions and kindness. The place is great, peaceful, and very relaxing. We plan to book again in the near future. Thank you!

We loved the porches, front and back. The pool was very clean and we had everything we needed. Please note that if you want to use the fire pit, bring firewood. Very relaxing place. It would be a great place to have a family reunion.

We really loved staying here. It had everything we needed. The area where it is so peaceful. The pool was amazing. We really enjoyed spending time there. During our stay the AC went out and they quickly responded and sent someone to take care of right away. The location was perfect. It was close to all the places we wanted to go to. I would definitely recommend it and we definitely would go back.

Beautiful home and beautiful scenery! Very peaceful and the home was very well furnished. We loved the back porch view of the river and spent hours out there as a family talking and playing games. We could let our dog wander with us without worrying as Edwina had considered everything and there was a gate we could close to keep her safely with us. Lots of great space and we had everything we could think of plus extras! It’s a great stay and we can’t wait to go back!

We came up for a quick weekend to celebrate my nephew’s graduation and spend some time on the river. This location is perfect and Shyler was super responsive and extended us great hospitality! Will definitely be back! Great location, spacious home, big deck and perfect for our weekend!

We had a fantastic stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. The house is just minutes from Garner for the dance and close to Concan for dinner at Neal’s. We spent most of our days floating in the river and jumping off the big rock at the resort next door. The riverfront setting was peaceful and beautiful, and Megan was a wonderful, responsive host. We’ll definitely be back!

Baby and Toddler proof! felt right at home and had no worries in the world. the water spot was perfect for my toddler amd my baby was able to sit in the water and play. The path was easy for us to bring our wagon and chairs along. thank y'all for the hospitality!

This place is very cozy. The bed is extremely comfortable, and the whole space is filled with peace and tranquility. It has a beautiful atmosphere. I felt safe throughout my stay, and if you enjoy walking, this is a great location as well

⭐️WOW ⭐️ I’ve been coming to Garner State Park every summer since I was 8…. Now brining our 5 kiddos to this long time family tradition. Sky View is the place…. No expense was spared in construction & location is amazing! The pics (as nice as they are) don’t do it justice. BONUS: Host is very responsive We’re already booking the same 10 days for June 2026 🙌🏼

Soooo happy with this place this is our second time booking with Teena for our big family weekend trip. Love the peacefulness and private access to the river! Great for hanging out if you don’t want to float the River. Beautiful place. 10/10 would recommend. We will be back next year 😊😊

Very spacious, cozy home for large family stay! It is in the country so expect nearby scorpions and bugs but also deer and birds. Be sure to take supplies to make s'mores in the backyard fire pit!

Shauna was extremely helpful, responsive and accommodating. The house was spacious, warming and felt like a home away from home! We were beyond impressed and relaxed during our stay!

We really enjoyed this spot as our central location for exploring the Frio River area and the local state parks. It is so close to Garner State Park which allowed us to go dancing for 2 nights during our stay. Our children loved it! The sunsets are amazing and the spacious yard was a great place to spend our evenings. The house had everything we needed. Getting down to the Frio River took some planning, but we loved our float.

A lovely and wonderful home, inside and out. The pictures don't show how very large all of the rooms are. The kitchen was stocked with EVERYTHING you'd ever need to create gourmet meals. The back porch is dreamy and provides the perfect cool and shaded respite. We all enjoyed the many varieties of birds and the stunning star watching, at night. The upstairs landing boasts a perfectly stocked playroom for all ages. We plan to stay here, again soon. Betsy and Buddy were awesome hosts.
